This is the first of your videos I have seen that kinda delves into the shaker table. As an engineer I would love to see a video on the physics of the table. I.e, angles, flow rates. The trough at the top particularly fascinates me as to how you designed and set the flow on the outlets? I have seen you many times brush the cons over to the high side, but would love to have a delve into what is the angle of the high, what flow rate is too fast or too slow to make the gols flow and not be washed away as it is flower gold.
Having watched at least 100 videos on shaker tables, I can easily say that yours are the most informative. My biggest question though is that almost every video and discussion I have had on tables almost requires that there is a bump assist and yours does not. Is this because of the 15 degree angle of the leaf springs? Looking forward to your response.
The table actually shakes in a circular fashion so that the heaviest materials stay in place as the shaker table pulls back. Additionally we have a raised platform in the table at the very end of each groove that only allows the densest materials to climb to make sure no waste material gets into your concetrate.

Yes, our tables are used for all kinds of density separation, and not just ore. We have tables being used for electronic scrap separation, fine base metal dust, jewelry sweeps, etc. Pretty much any density separation of fine particles
Nothin' like having your own personal ATM just churning out the $$$ ! Them are some pretty big electric motors you have there, eh? How much electricity do you draw to run your operation per day, going full-out?

Met some folks down in NC that had some super cons... extra small gold , silver and platinum in it.. they cant get it out, was wondering how to get it out... I said chem or a shaker may do it... but don't know if they want to invest $$$$$ into it... they said they had about 800lbs to go thru... Do you all take on outside jobs? to prove it will work on a table... Ps. also the cons were assayed for all minerals too and showed positive in the high numbers

By far, the best table I have owned!!!! Use it for both: hard rock and placer cons. I really recommend this table if you are looking for one.

Have you ever considered doing a mini shaker table for small scale miners? Some folks can't afford a large shaker table, or have the room for one.

Thats quite an informative video. However the deck angle, water/material flow rates and over all slurry percent by grades should have been included.

It really depends on the size of the operation, but our 2 ton per hour turnkey runs on a 40 KW generator
