- In this video we show our small scale mining equipment and how its used to recover gold. Learn how to recover fine gold from hard rock gold ore using MBMM equipment. We showcase our shaker tables for gold recovery, jaw crushers for crushing the ore, hammer mills and ball mills for grinding to liberate the gold from the quartz. We also talk about our 2 ton per hour turnkey systems which are designed for continuous gold milling. These turnkey systems are able to take rock and turn them into a high grade gold concentrate in one pass.

I'd like to see some tiny gold dust under a scanning electron microscope.
That is the coolest thing all that gold is trapped in the rock awesome video.
Silver stuff maybe zircon sand , it must be heavy cause when you pan out it will sit on top of the black sand , check it with a jewelers loop , nice demo , i'd love that table cheers .

I think its better to adding centrifugal to your processing unit.

Figure $15K for jaw crusher, $25-30K for hopper + two conveyors, $30K for shaker table. $70-100K all I . At today's gold prices, it's paid off in 6 months if you run 1 ton of ore per hour, 8 hrs per day, if it yields 1/4 oz per ton. That also pays your crew and puts a wad of cash in your pocket. Of course, not many claims yield 1/4 oz per ton.

What does a ball mill do better than a hammer mill or jaw crusher?
zamistro A ball mill is used for continuous 24 hr big production operations. Less wear than a hammer mill an less down time.
