Wow I can't believe you've been off 12 years. Now I'm just so early in the withdrawal. With having a child that just turned 5 and my age 43 has given me extra challenges. I will keep going and using my new tool box. The withdrawal made me realize hiw dangerous this drug can be for the body. Reason I stopped was because of increased anxiety and blurry vision and I think I started to build a tolerance to the 18mg and need the next dose. I feel lucky and thankful to God I get to be on nothing toxic and get a new chance at being good to my body. I'm still pretty low mood and motivation. Fatigue brain fog. I'll keep up with meditation and slowing down. I'll report back. I'm 15 months off...

Yeah! it seems like a lifetime ago in some ways. I can only imagine how much more challenging it is to quit with things like a family and children. I had the luxury of oppurtunity to change every aspect of my life because I was young and without any obligation at the time of withdrawal. My son also just turned five. Proud of you.

I went back and read your book again. Very helpful. I'm going to try surrendering to my symptoms, get out of my own way, give permission to let my body do it's thing, stop checking in with my feelings so much, focus on belly breathing in situations, and figure out how to respond...Im currently taking no prescriptions, or supplements other than whole foods vitamin. I'm back to sleeping well. I'd like to get out of house more and go to church gym. Appreciate your comment.

Been off of it for almost 2 years after taking it for 7 years. I feel great and will never take it again.

Dude. I've been taking this since I was three years old all the way up until about 17 I stopped taking it I'm 29 now and I'm about to get back on it and this video is really got me in a rough spot now.

Not here to tell you have to stop or shouldnt start. I could just as easily have made a video of five reasons to start. The intention is to just provide information for that greater conversation. Three is so young. It must be a huge part of how your body knows how to operate. My advice is do what you have to do. I’m sure you have your reasons why and you have to make an informed decision that benefits you. No shame brother. Sorry you’re in a rough spot. Hope that helps some

@R.L.Kramer I mean I obviously rather be eating healthy detoxing microdosing etc. Even cannabis has helped me tremendously and keep in my life together and helping me stay focused keep my room cleaned etc. Thing is I can't use the Cannabis as I have a new job starting soon. Idk what to do. I've been taking them since I've been three I've been on almost every single medication that you can think of. My body didn't even fully grow because of it. Yes three years old. My growth was even stunted because of it. I was taking adult doses as a child.

Take them. This video ignores the capitalistic society we live in. Also Promoting drug use when those drugs aren’t federally legal everywhere and aren’t as researched as ADHD meds can lead to legal trouble and worsen your ADHD.

@nicholasfelix9148 I see where you're coming from but psychedelics have actually helped me more than anything. Although now I'm living a more stable life and I'm not drifting like I used to so I'm trying to maintain focus.
