Hello there, Lean Smarts. I am a Lean, 5 S freak, and I see at 2:50 some opportuntities. Because if I need some ingredientes from the large jar in the back, I have to remove the jars in the front, thus giving opportunity to break them. I would suggest a less deeper shelf. I have been involved in designong professional kitchens and diningrooms, and always suggested shelves not deeper than 20 cm. Your thoughts?
