Ausgezeichnet! Hello from Texas. I enjoy your recipes very much. Please keep making videos.
Thank you! I have no plans to stop. I‘m just starting! :-)
Many thanks Flo, my husband has a family in Germany-we visit them quite often and I miss Spätzle among other things (German lager…). Now I will be able to do a real stuff at home in Wales! Lentils will be on the menu over the weekend! Cheers!
You will surely enjoy it!
Cheers
Flo
It looks delicious. I'll make it next week. Btw, I will never forget that I ate a lentil stew at Wien's Prater and was "Wunderbar" actually I ordered it 2 times in a row ;)
Wow! Ordering two times in a row is something I only do with beer. 🍻 Or three... or four... 😁
Flo, these recipes are spot on, especially the Octoberfest chicken and StrammerMax. I wonder if you know how to make the pork marinade sold in pork in the grocery stores and vending machines. It is awesome and I would love to know how to make that bright orange marinade.
Thanks Brian, can you give me some more information on the kind of marinade? The most common cut for pork on german grills is the "Schweinenacken" or "Schweinehals" that is often preseasoned in an orange marinade. Is that what you mean?
My granmother taught me how to make spaetzle when i was a kid... She was auch Schwäbish.
I think, the real home of Spaetzle is Swabia although there are some variations in other regions of the south.
@@FlosGermanKitchen I agree.
Looks amazing. I will be trying this.
I'm sure, you'll love it! Let me know when you tried.
Thank you. It came out delicious. I will bring the dish to German Cookbook Night and see what they all think.
German Cookbook Night? Sounds interesting! How did your friends like that?
I'll have a beer now....
I recommend that! 😇 🍻
