You are welcome. I enjoy walking in the woods.
Beautiful property Phil. Thanks for the tour.
No problem Pete
autumn foliage 🍂 madness 💯🤙🏾
It is going by fast.
Thanks Phil, nice area, nice property, thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it
Working hard to buy this or something like it. Keep up the great videos. Thx
Thanks for the likes.
Lovely piece of land.
Thanks
Now, that's a truck!
Thanks. I like the old tundra better for off road use. This one has too many sensors. You can shut them off but if you forget get ready for an unscheduled anti lock break incident that may cause a mild case of whiplash.
That small stream is awesome.
Thanks for sharing @marklynch8781
oh man , gorgeous property
Thanks.
Another nice piece of land

Thanks for watching.
Now that is a really nice lot of raw land .
Thanks for the like
@@philmcphail2228 we are starting to look for raw land in penobseot county about a hour away from Kenduskeag where my aunt lives. That hasn't been logged and hopefully water on or a small creek or stream . In the next couple of months
Absolutely beautiful!✌️
Did I miss the info, is the property 4 season accessible?
The road is private. If you want to plow it you could use the property year round.
Sweet ❤ Truck!
Thanks. Not my favorite tundra to be honest. Too much tech for my off road use.
@@philmcphail2228 - If it’s one of the newer Turbo 6 cylinder ones then I agree. There’s no way a smaller turbo charged engine will last as long as a normally aspirated one. And… as a friend recently discovered sometimes the 4x4 drive system computer gives up. Too much wheel slippage and the computer says F’ it and Faults. He thought he destroyed the transmission, and thankfully the tow truck company just told him on the phone to turn traction control off, restart the engine, and try again. That worked, no tow needed.
@@Erin-Thor I can see that happening. Yes it is the new 6 twin turbo. Better gas mileage and more horsepower but I miss the less computer driven 5.7 v8
@@philmcphail2228 - I tow, if you do just remember that heat + RPM’s = Increased wear and tear. Want your truck to last past the warranty, DO NOT STRESS THAT ENGINE. I’ve looked at multiple ‘21 and ‘22 models that have had multiple recalls and TWO had engine replacements and both had just over 20k miles.
This is exactly what i would love. I wish it was closer to me. Would it be possible to live there year round, with improvements done? Good videos btw.
It would be possible if you plow the road yourself.
@@philmcphail2228 rough idea of the annual snowfall?
@@markbrinton6790online data says 92 inches
Great property. What website do you use for the soil info?
NRCS websoil survey imported into our map software.
hey i live in maine. a house across the street just sold for 900k and its not even good.
Thanks for sharing.
We are very interested
Phil, who is buying up the land/homes with cash? Out of staters, international investors, both? In west.mass we have all these home made signs saying “ we buy homes for cash”, they are not who they pretend to be. They buy these houses, fix them up, then rent them out to sect. 8. It really hurts/makes it hard for first time/ young families buyers. On a more hopeful note my wife and and I will retire in 4 yr.s , we love the lifestyle/nature up there. Will look you or Andy up, you both have nice potential land, and you all seem like down to earth/honest people. 👍
They buy houses cash alright, for pennies on the dollar from desperate people.
Well we need homes for section 8 people come on …. 😮
This is just land. A lot of people buy land with cash as it is a good investment.
What vacant land do you have closer to wells or Kennebunk? A few acres is ideal.
None right now.
Do you guys ever do anything near Clifton?
We do. Give us a call at 800-286-6164
I've emailed you twice about other properties, is there a better way to contact you? Is this property still available?
👍🏻
Thanks for the like😊
Are there any easements or leases on the property?
The road is an easement. There are no leases on the property.
Do you have any homes around Wesley
What about ticks about winter heavy snow what about mosquitoes ? Thanks for your attention.
What about it. Maine may or may not include some or all of these at no extra charge. The camera man and I saw none of the above the day we walked the property.
@@philmcphail2228lol
@@Gemma626important words were none that day. Long sleeves and a mesh net on the old noggin and your good to go. 🪰
With all due respect if you're asking these basic questions Maine isn't for you. Yes to all of the above.
Phil, how can I reach you privately?

Where are the best building site locations
I like the northern end near the beaver pond. Also on the hill near the creek exiting the beaver pond.
Do you have any land for sale on Sebec Lake?
None right now
No joke..sounded like Biden, Ill pass...no joke
