- On March 19, BlackRock revealed that it is preparing to offer a fund through a partnership with digital asset tokenization specialist Securitize. The fund will be based on the Ethereum blockchain and will trade under the ticker BUIDL. Meanwhile, The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has reportedly been issuing subpoenas to entities associated with the Ethereum Foundation.

Like Mark! One of the better/knowledgeable/wise human beings, that has a very good understanding of how we got here, and where we should be going, and how.
We've never had such truth Tech, as we are starting to experience... The actual truth (whether coming from humans or truth technology) are often misunderstood, have plenty of opposition (especially from those that thrive on lies/deceptions...), but is also very much underestimated.

im not sure i agree we want bitcoin is to replace the value of property (some other coins might get to have the value of a property, but not bitcoin)
not the whole world is going broke, and not just the states will be using bitcoin...
these people live in a bubble...
eth might get a etf, but so will many better coins if eth gets it...
it makes no sense to choose eth and be this bullish..
something is not right when only old greedy men are bullish...
why? he gives me vibes of someone who appears more confident than knowledgeable. most of what he says is common knowledge but he explains it like he is one of few people who understand it. Reminds me of trump. actually kinds stupid but convinces you he is a genius.

Looking forward to reading Mark's book. Does it not matter that Bitcoin leaks network value to external entities such as power companies and miner manufacturers? How many confirmations for a Bitcoin transaction to be 100% settled? Bother Bitcoin and Ethereum require fee auctions with no limit which (in the cade of Ethereum) allow front running of contracts (which Blackrock may be seeking to use to gain unfair advantage)?

It's not the fast vs. secure dilemma. It's a trilemma of speed, cost, and volume. Pick one type from two out of three. Short vs. long intervals. Work vs. stake. And small block vs. large block. You can add more as layers.

Paul is dishonest about Solana. He only tells one side. And defends, unsuccessfully, Solana’s problems.

Even though I am with you on this, I would hate to see an agency that just rubber stamps anything that comes their way, I think it is HEALTHY that whomever is trying to get something approved has a bit of work to do to prove this or that and prove they qualify. The court system IN THIS CASES has worked well so I have no issue with them interfering, and Garry accepted their verdict, or what is their job then?? to approve all things people present to them?? we her in this space know this crypto thing is brand new basically, so it is expected they will have some resistance, no??

Mark has it right. Differentiators will make a network successful. Cardano / midnight will end up being used for when privacy is needed. All other chains are public and cant be used for things like medical records because you dont want your neighbor knowing about your latest checkup.. IMO Cardano $6 to $10 in 2025
