He's right, ETF doesn't care if it's a security or not, they are just looking to list a product.
I disagree. They are making money. Putting ETH in the useless security corral would be like killing the goose that laid the golden egg. It would also throw other crypto into the Trad category. ETH' is a workhorse, its reason for existence would be throttled long term. Larry is a long term guy. ETH will not only be deemed a commodity, it will get its EFT.

That was super interesting to hear. I think the only reason the FEC doesn't want to out right call ETH a commodity is because it might make things more difficult to label other coins securities. So being vague about ETH suits them.

The US economy is not doing well every 90 days our debt grows by $1 trillion every 90 days it’s unsustainable
So every year we will add 4 trillion dollars to our debt. Gross domestic output is $103 trillion a year. Currently have a $33 trillion debt. So in 10 years we will add 40 trillion to our debt over half of our GDP will be on debt and it will completely spiral out of control. Buy bitcoin by XRP buy something that protects you.
