Well, this bullcycle i´ll bet against ETH, it was beaten out by Solana. Only if ETH gets many of its problems adressed , and the slow development is one of them, i might bet again on Eth. But the Roadmap seems not to fix them during this run anymore.
@hotwykinger6889 A lot of development can occur through all the L2 teams now that EIP4844 has been done. They can develop quickly, not needing to be so slow, decentralized, and careful as L1.

Banks have already chosen: Ethereum is the number one tokenisation network. The value comes from total domination of altcoin creation with ERC standard. Other standards can compete and rise but they'll have to propose something Ethereum doesn't provide. Quite like internet browsers, Google rules. Investors don't care about high gas fees if it does guarantee network security. Zk rollups will fix this. The main problem with ETH is staking centralization and custodial staking, already fixed in most major PoS blockchains. Control supply, control staking.

It’s funny, from the very first time I started looking into crypto. I always saw BTC as the computer revolution (UNIX) ETH for the masses (Microsoft) and ADA as the slow, often hated, but philosophically thought out ecosystem (Apple)
Elaborated….there are people who love using Microsoft and was very much needed but there are/were 10x that amount who are just stuck using Microsoft (Eth) because everyone else was….. only a small underground happily used Apple…. Then the iPhone moment happened….. I think ADA will have an iPhone moment. I am sure late just as Apple was.

@@ash_calisthenics I'm just looking strictly from the technology basis. Don't get me wrong, I don't think eth or Solana or other smart contracts are going anywhere. But as a developer, the methodology of cardano gives me much more confidence in their code long term comparatively to a lot of it's "competitors" so to speak. But I guess this is more of a "financial" channel.

I find the comment from Nvidia strange, since GPU are targeted for Graphics but there are already processors being developed for AI since the GPUs have some components useful for graphics but not real necessary for AI, the same way we moved from GPUs to ASICs. So specialized processors will need to be created for each context.

I wrote this several years ago about the so-called "ETH-killers" but it applies to any other blockchain performer. Ethereum stands alone. It will win. Because every hurdle it has overcome to fill the gaps in this new environment would also have to be met and surpassed. Others are in the assembly stage, not sufficiently readied to face even minor headwinds.

Tako I svemir verno odražava ustrojstvo Božanskog bića; pa je naš svemir samo jedan atom jednog većeg svemira, a svaki atom našeg svemira je jedan mini svemir.
