I found the load in my Cheddite manual , I can only say I am really impressed. Nice work, great presentation. You , Wade , the Scientists etc and many more give us some wonderful videos , and besides the great information when it is cold outside and we cannot get out I love watching them. That TSS is unbelievable. I started loading in 1981 , ruined a Marlin 120 pump choke by trying daisy bb's for Fox Hunting in Texas LOL
I'm super new to the TSS world. So far I haven't loaded any. I'm just learning and getting information. You are by far the most informative reloader for TSS I've seen so far. And since I'm really wanting to reload for my CZ sharptail 410 Your channel is awesome.
@bullet225ho well I've been reloading shotguns, pistols and rifles for about 45 years. This TSS is new to me. Your pattern with your 410 is awesome. Thanks for the help.
I would say that I have tried your TSS and lrad loads in 28 gauge. They worked excellent. I would warm people when patterning these TSS loads to not use a steel pattern board. As I was patterning at 40 yards and pellets came back and hit me Just under my right eye and in the chest of a friend standing 10 feet to my left! It also left perfect #9 tss dimples in the 1/4" steel plate. Nobody at the club was appreciating the results but they were impressed!😈
.5oz would be a bit cheaper and probably would do the job for sure....but you'd have to incorporate a spacer to fill the shot. There's a lot that goes on in this load by having to trim the wads prior to loading.
I just ordered some TSS have plenty of primed hulls and like roll crimping with a GAEP. Buck Snort is either in the pan or in Intensive Care with that load.
Creddite hulls makes hulls for alot of other companies. You didn't name the powder you used ! I'm going to your website and buy the data . I've got MP 300, H110, LiL Gun and Alliant 410 powder and 2 1/2 and 3 " new hulls in Creddite & Fiocchi . I worked up a Good Patterning 3" 7/8 oz. Turkey load with TSS 9's . Its rolled crimped . I do have a Mec 410 loader for fold crimping . The table cloth cover works Great for Patterning testing ! Keep the Great Videos Coming ! Stay Safe & Healthy ! God Bless !
Thanks for watching and thanks for purchasing the data. You'll find another 7/8oz TSS load that maybe can add another data point for you. 300-MP seems to work well with the TSS. I prefer fold as the hulls can be easily reloaded and not have to work them over with a tool for the folded up ends of a roll crimp.
Thanks. Can understand every word that you’ve said in all your videos clearly except the website. Sucks that you have to have a separate site to post data! Just caught the site in the newest 28ga. video you put out. Checking the website and will be leaving you a message there. Appreciate you and the work you’ve put into load development, expenses, and time.
Thanks! I have a current load with MP300 and TPS410 in 3" but have to use 1/2" spacers. Your load will save a loading step and allow me to use cut down halls. Will buy the load from your website. Thanks for all your other videos as well.
That'll do it easy... #10 TSS is good to 50-55 yards from what I've been told. I've had customers shoot 10's at them to 35-45 yards in 2.5" 410 and my load moves slower than yours.
Not gonna lie, I didnt think 5/8 ounce was gonna be enough shot. It definitely helps that it’s 10s to get pellet count. I was dead wrong!!! That looked good at 40 yards. I wouldn’t go much more than 40- just my preference for pellet density.

I appreciate your work. Eager to order the data and get back into reloading.
That is an excellent pattern and a .5 OZ would also pattern well and save on that expensive shot.

That’s a killer load
It thumps, that's for sure

wheres the 9/16th duplex bird load? interested in seeing that!
It's in the works. I need to video patterning it and I'll put it out. Thanks for watching.
Now we’re talking! Great video! Do you think 2.5” Winchester AA once fired hulls could be used?
I'm sure it could be used. I didn't work up a load with that hull yet. May be a bit slower....but it could be done for sure.
I’m not finding the website please add in the description

what is your expected velocity?
Muzzle velocity is 1245.....I stated that in the video somewhere. Thanks for watching.

Do you reload 3 inch 410 and 3 inch 28 gauge?
Loat them both....yes
Looks like a nice turkey killer. Which hull do you use for your 28 gauge turkey load?
Cheddite also for the 28

How do you think this load would perform on ducks?
That’s NASTY , that would be a Duck / Goose CRUSHER LOAD.
Not gonna lie, I didnt think 5/8 ounce was gonna be enough shot. It definitely helps that it’s 10s to get pellet count.
I was dead wrong!!! That looked good at 40 yards. I wouldn’t go much more than 40- just my preference for pellet density.
It surprised me a bit. With a different choke and 9s you could stretch it passed 40. I'm like you though...I'm a 40 and in guy.
