I'm sure you've figured it out by now, but an increase in stage requirements just means that when you load into a map or "stage", instead of needing to kill 1000 enemies, you now need to kill 1350 enemies. The benefit, I assume, is that the longer you stay in the maps, the more experience you're able to get.
I played this quite a bit ago and have a save file in the D ranks with access to C ranks and come back every now and then but the new update has me wanting to start a new profile so my equipment can rank up with the rest of my profile instead of having to just do a gear grind alone. Also, the pets don't do anything. they're only cosmetic.
This is my favorite bullet hell game as well. And the dev keeps making it better.

I don't play these games often ... but when I do I go for auto targeting ... less to keep track of on screen ... lol.
The problem is that targets the nearest enemy instead of dense areas of enemies
@@Desh727 Hmmm ... targeting nearest would be best in most cases ... but not with AOEs (such as that Large beam weapon thingy ... heh)
