I'm sure it could be polished,but gen 1 basemodel headlights are terrible regardless.the reflector material inside is also worn off so there's really no fixing it either
4. Years but how many miles have you driven it? About 12 years ago I replaced my originals with Arnottt and they were complete junk! Never lasted more than 11-15 months. Kept replacing them when the last one fell apart I searched and found OEM MOTORCRAFT AVS 16 / avs 17 ( think that was the numbers) and they lasted!!!!

What brand of bags did you use? My 98 ce hates staying up when turned off.
I used a Westar pair of bags, been going great for 3-4 years! Me and my uncle did the rest of the suspension while we were in there.
