I just made these and they're absolutely delicious! The fact that they require so few ingredients, and most of them bulk-buyable makes them so perfect for a student like me!

Miss things about Taiwan, I worked there for 10 years. Use to make breakfast sandwiches with those pancakes, egg , ham, and cheese. Wrapped up in a pancake they were always so delicious. Thank you for the recipe.

This was SUCH a good recipe. I recommend you eat them right away bc otherwise they lose their crisp

I just made these during the quarantine, they came out great. I did find myself adding a bit more water than 3/4 cup to get my dough consistency to look more like yours, but it was a good learning experience. Thank you for this!

Adam Felibrico I’m also gonna try this out during quarantine, hopefully it goes well!

Definitely needed more than 3/4 LOL

I added an extra 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon of cold water to get the correct texture.

This is actually the only thing I know how to make. It actually surprised my father in law when I first made it for him, cuz he's a cook & never thought much of my cooking. My grandfather actually taught it to me. Thx, Grandpa.

Thank you Angel, I'm a grandma living in a "tiny shoe" and love these!! I make a batch of them and they freeze well, so it's nice to take one out and slip into something warm and fuzzy, and whilst trying to keep my dogs at bay, eat that crunchy goodness and sigh in contentment!!! : )

Dude!? What? I’m seen a bazillion recipes for this. This was simple, straight forward and delicious. I love these things but never had the knowledge. It’s like I have a pancake super power. I even bought the gross frozen ones at the Asian market. These are easy and better than my buddies mom makes. Thank you

I love the simplicity of your scallion pancake recipe! I love these crispy tasty treats.. They are good as a snack or as a compliment to a meal.. I do recommend trying to make your own dipping sauce, there are so many out there you can try.. Some like it spicy, so whatever your taste, you'll find one you like. I have cooked Angel's recipe about 10 times already, I did freeze some , I did bigger batches.. They freeze well and thaw fast.. It goes good as a side dish for stir fry I've found.. Happy cooking!

I just made the pancake today and thank you, it's awfully crispy!
Since it was my first time, the dough was pretty sticky and it kept sticking to the rolling board.
I also cut the pancakes into half and store it in the freezer so that I can savour the pieces slowly.
    Thank you for the recipe!

Just had breakfast and now I'm hungry after watching this! Funny thing is my hubby tried to make some, but he added eggs and he made a batter version to fry. I like your version better, because you can freeze it! Also, I like it layered and crispy. Thanks.

This is very much like my mom taught me. I followed your instructions this time and my mom tried it. She said they were a little too tough. I thought they were good but next time I'd leave them a little thicker. Also, I'd not freeze them. The delicious salty bit just got absorbed in the freezer. Thank you for reviving this for me.
