Just an FYI to anyone worried about the flour: you can bake your flour on its own on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes at 180 degrees C, and you'll be good to go!
I live just outside London in Reading, So I hope I come to your shop one day. I.would have been there already, it's just that I can't drive cuz I am only 10
There are no words to describe the sheer happiness I feel when tasting this. The demerara and the milk chocolate drops? GENIUS! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
This is going to sound like such a nerdy comment but whatever. I LOVE baking because you can take the same essential ingredients (flour, eggs, sugar, butter, etc) and, depending on how much you use and how you combine them, you can make thousands of different things. Yay science!
Just made these yesterday! Absolutely loved them, I substituted the peanuts with walnuts since that was what I had on hand, and I have to say these are really addictive! Definitely making more of these again. Thanks Jemma!
Bought a scale just to be able to make these and, MAN, was it worth it! The perfect brownie on its own, but the cookie dough put it over the top! AMAZING!
I love, love, love peanut butter & chocolate. Reese are my absolutely favorite kind of chocolate bar besides coconut & chocolate. You have brought my 2 favorite desserts into 1. Thank you 💕
Hi Jemma! On Tuesday I was in Crumbs&Doilies. Went for 4 mini cupcakes in different flavours. All of them were so delicious. I hope that girl at counter gave you my greetings from Poland! :) That was my dream to visit your shop.
I made these today and they are sooo good! Bonus points for the fact that they are quick and easy to make. They're a bit difficult to cut, though (the ganache melts pretty fast), but I'll definitely make them again! Thanks a bunch for the recipe x
"I know a lot of people can't quite imagine eating all this brownie, but I have lots of friends" Wow, get absolutely rekt everyone else. Bloody hell, Jemma that was stone cold. 😂😂
I have tried a similar recipe. But instead of peanut butter cookie dough, it was just peanut butter mixed with powdered sugar. So first layer was brownie, second is peanut butter mixed with sugar. And third chocolate. It tasted sooo good! But of course was sooo rich so one piece do the work for a day haha
Hi Jemma, greetings from Indonesia🇲🇨 I wanne say huge thanks to you, i made this brownie last week for my parents-in-law and my preggo sister-in-law because she’s been craving for brownies, they all love chocolate & peanut butter so i made this brownie recipe and they loveeeeeed it so much!! Thank you so much Jemma for making our days brighter with this amazing recipe😘😘 God bless you!
I have been burning through all your videos and I think you are the best baker on TH-cam. I have learned so much and can't wait to try some of my favourites. Thank you so much!
i think it would be cute to use a blondie on the bottom, make blue/aqua cookie dough, and make white chocolate ganache swirled with blue garnish on top to look like a slice of the ocean
I've made this before but i baked the peanut butter cookie dough and put it on top of my brownie and then put on the ganache. It tasted so nice after it was chilled
I made those brownies for my parents's birthday and double up the recipe and they had a lot of succes! You can definitly cut them in small pieces because it's very rich! I will make those again but i will add mini reeses in the cookie dought next time. Kisses from France. ;)
Hi Jemma!!!! I really really love your TH-cam channel!!!! Love your recipes and you share beautiful recipes with wonderful techniques!!!! Just love it!!!! I love your store as well...i would love to buy my bakery stuff from there but I'm not sure if it's going to be delivered to India or it might cost a lot more!!!! Thank you so so so much for helping us with baking and techniques which most of them wouldn't share!!!!!! Loads of love to you, Sally and your team!!!! Bless you guys abundantly!!!! By the way I was also a Londoner once when I worked for MnS!!!!!!
I've recently come across a few articles stating that raw flour has caused outbreaks of E.coli and that it needs to be "cooked" first. Have you come across this and what would you do to make raw flour safe to eat in cookie dough recipes like this if it's even a hazard in the first place?
Love this video! How do you line your tins so perfectly!!!! For people losing their minds about raw flour, do as you wish, cook your flour don't cook your flour. Each to their own. I'm mean what do you want this poor lass to do? Bake in a haz mat suit?!?
I went to London to find ur store and I did!!!!! The cupcake I tried was amazing!!!!! My six yr old brother tried the spicy Mexican chocolate flavoured and it was really funny 😂
Hi, I'm currently studying Business Management Degree in Wales, and thinking of going into Baking seriuosly after, was wondering what School/ courses did you attend before starting off as a baker? Thanks
You are inspiring me so much to bake! Thank you so much. I am a health nut you could say but also believe in a good desert ones in a while 😄 and these would be amazing thank you so much!!!
In Canada we've had a flour recall due to E. coli in the flour, with 26 people initially infected with E. coli and at least six required hospital care. Do you not have this problem in the UK?
I have just made these. They're in the fridge. Will add them to my baking instagram page but obviously credit the recipe to Cupcake Jemma. The whole experience of making these was indescribable and I'm fasting so can't try them until around 8.30pm. Can. Not. Wait. I made them in a 10inch sqaure tin too but feel my cookie dough wont be as thick as yours. We'll see.
bitsandpiecesoftheatre "If ten inches is a little bit big for you, you can use a smaller eight or seven inch" Not that my mind is in the gutter at all...
Im sorry if this sounds rude but would it be okay if you could add in the measurements in cups? I don't have a measuring scale at home and I only have cups. I came across your channel and developed an interest for all your videos. Ever since you uploaded this recipe I started to make it but I only have cups. Would it be too much to ask you to include measurements in cups? And also, when I made this brownie, my cookie dough did not stick to my brownie and got separated easily when I cut them. Do you know why? Thanks Jemma💕💕💕
GIGAMANIAC Tan There are conversion charts online. Just do a search on google. Look in the image section, I found LOADS of different conversion charts.
Jemma what cocoa powder do you use? I live in the U.K Please reply soon i am planning to make this on Tuesday. love your videos keep up the good work. Xxx megna
Jemma, geez I hope you respond to this. It's not a good idea to use RAW FLOUR for this type of product- full stop. As a retail Baker, I would never take this risk! Love what you are doing, so please check this out. Those who disagree with this, cheers and bottoms up,enjoy!! Hope its nothing more than trips to the shitter.
I've made these today and they are tasty but the cookie dough doesn't really stick to the brownie layer. If I made them again I'd spread a thin layer of ganache before I add the cookie layer. Do you have this problem in the bakery?
Chloe Berg I know you are specifically asking about this recipe (and in this case I personally would probably switch out to a plain cookie dough chocolate chip one) She does also have an awesome cookie dough cheesecake though if you are looking for something nut free and awesome 😊
CupcakeJemma Biscoff is literally one of my favourite things!! Awesome, I know what I'm doing this weekend! :D Thank you (both for replying, and being a genius). Xxx
Just an FYI to anyone worried about the flour: you can bake your flour on its own on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes at 180 degrees C, and you'll be good to go!
thanks i was worried about flour too
I was wondering the same, don't want the kids to have an upset stomach bcos unbaked flour.
U mean dry roast the flour . Just flour before adding it to the cookie dough mix?
I was at Crumbs and Doilies today. It's amazing. Small little shop but it's adorable
Selina Chenh it's so nice I love it sooo much I wish they had one in Belfast

This is quite off topic, but I really love the special 'natural' sounds, e. g. oven and sticky gloves.
ASMRish

I've made this before but i baked the peanut butter cookie dough and put it on top of my brownie and then put on the ganache. It tasted so nice after it was chilled

Went to Gemma's shop today had the pb n jelly brownie and bounty cupcake was on point 💯💯✔
Wow amazing. I just got into peanut butter so this'll be a dream snack! Thanks Jemma

I have prepared this cake. It is heavenly!!!! Thanks Jemna
Hi CupCakeJemma! Love your baking videos!
Love this video! How do you line your tins so perfectly!!!!

I don't know why but watching these recipes makes me sleepy, but I love them 😍
Ah me too. I find that also a TH-camr Preppy Kitchen is so relaxing :)
Love you Jemma! I enjoy all your videos and your recipes are the Yummiests!
You should make bloopers at the end of your videos, it's just so funny to see all the mistakes and behind the scenes ♥️

Hi, jemma, i have a question, is the PBCD uncook? And thank you for your sharing, it's a very great combination.
Instead of salted chocolate I used salted peanuts and damn it was exquisite! Love that sweet salty combo
OMG! This brownie looks insanely delicious!!! Yum!!! 🙌😍

Hi! Would there be anything that could replace the peanut butter?? I'm baking for someone who has a nut allergy. Thank you!!! Xxx
Chloe Berg I know you are specifically asking about this recipe (and in this case I personally would probably switch out to a plain cookie dough chocolate chip one)

Who else here finds the noise of eggs cracking so satisfying?
There's no need to bake the cookie dough? Will there be a raw flour taste?
Your hair looks lovely!
Can i use spelt flour instead of white flour in cookie dough?
BEST. RECIPE. EVER.
I wish I was your friend haha, I would love to taste everything you make
Jemma, you're hair is too cute! I can't stand it!

Hi Jemma, I don't like peanut butter (I know I know.... 😂) is there anything else that I could use instead?
