      you can store this in fridge with air tight container(or chocolate wrappers-amzn.to/2R83Fz7) and room temp pe ye 5-6 hrs tak a66i rahegi bad me melt hona start ho jayegi dear ❤😊

    Did you know while making caramel you shouldn't touch it... You should swirl the pan. You can't work it so much or it will get crystalized again

    I would suggest... In the first step only.. Fill the chocolate 1/3 rd... Followed by caramel n then chocolate in the last...i guess final result will come out more neat...

    And plzz Don’t use “Compound” use the “Chocolate” bars , That’s the Actual Chocolate Chocolate.. Compound is not a Real Chocolate, A real chocolate is when it has COCOA BUTTER not Vegetable Fat ..
    Compound Tastes bad and Don’t freeze them, if u freeze them , U will get White Caste .. Always use Tempered Chocolate and U can make them only with Real chocolate ..

      actully chocolate compound also have some amount of cocoa butter and you can called it chocolate coz it consist all ingredients which are in real chocolate(cocoa solids and cocoa butter) dear ,, if you are using good quality chocolate compound than i'm sure you will not get that white caste after freezing process ,,you can add extra amount of melted cocoa butter when you make your chocolates 👍

      agar aap readymade chocolate compound use kar rahe he to a66i qulity ka use kijie usme vo dikkat nahi ayegi jab aap use melt karoge to kyo ki usme pehle se hi a66e amount me cocoa butter hoga .. or agar aap coco powder se chocolate bana rahe he to fir aap coconut oil ya fir olive oil use kar sakte ho same amount me pan to be frank vo cocoa oil jesa texture or flavour nahi dega

      see to be frank agar app use room temp pe lambe samay tak rakhoge ye definitely melt to hogi hi thodi si ,, ho sake to direct heat se dur rakho ise or properly chocolate wrapper me wrap karke bhejo to lambe samay tak ye apna shape banaye rakhegi 👍

      yes dear you can use unsalted butter in this recipe but in my recipe i generally use salted butter becoz it gives proper taste to our caramel sauce , if you use unsalted butter than add pinch salt additionally in your sauce 👍

    Hum fresh cream k substitute m kuch aur use kr skte h??
    As due to lockdown fresh cream easily available nhi ho rha h

      Dudh ki ekdam fresh malai use kar sakte ho aap but vo thoda risky hoga because chances he ki vo malai jyada garam hoke usme se ghee 6ut jaye .. i recommend jab apko sare ingredients mil jaye tab bana lena .. or koi recipe hoti to me apko pakka option deti 😁😁

      Agar apne compund chocolate use ki hogi to vo soft ho jayegi ekdam par puri tare se melt nai hogi but apne normal chocolate use ki hogi to melt ho jayegi

      see melting point is depends on which chocolate compound you use in this recipe ,, i use morde ,, it stays 5-6 hr on room temp. and it's also depends on weather also.

      caramel sauce log sirf pani me bhi banate he dear par mene kabhi vo try nahi kia !! so me apko exactly uske bare me help nai kar sakti 😅 aap youtube pe or video dekh lijie apko proper recipe mil jayegi with measurements..

      I use dark compound chocolate in this recipe .. i give online link for this so u can cheak it .. dark chocolate tastes little bitter .. milk chocolate tastes like dairy milk chocolate
