This is how you get Super strong Riga. 1. Conquer the province and dev it to only 20. 2. Build Castle, Barracks, Marketplace and workshop. 3. Now release while you are at stab 3 and diver trade. Riga will now take a mission giving them a free cathedral building dev and a modifier and because they are at stab 3, have 5 buildings, and low Burgher influence (due to you diver trade for a moment), they'll take the OP mission giving them all the SUPER OP stuff. 4. Now just give them 4 more provinces.
jokes on you, corruption is great actually, yes, even IRL. You have no idea how many things I got by simply sneaking some little colored papers in. Things I would unlikely get without this help
100 corruption in the title of the video. You have less than 10 for half the damn video and only the last 5 minutes are with 100 corruption after using cheats to get it. Obviously stacking corruption is bad, but you could still have made an entertaining video out of it instead of just showing regular gameplay for like 20 minutes in a 30 min video.
Eh, valid criticism. Only around halfway in the video I understood that it would be better to make it a challenge, and not try to play it seriously. Anyway, I did add timestamps, so if someone wants to just see the effects of 100 corruption they can just skip the boring part
Ah yes, historical Russia.

Can’t be a coincidence, yesterday I found myself watching your Muscovy campaign from last year
It's a funny meme and all, but doesn't Russia get a ton of unrest modifiers from its mission tree?
Yeah and Orthodox has one of the highest Tolerance of true faith modifiers
