As is apparent from the comment section, I'm not the only one who's excited that the Kaiser has returned. Been checking your channel regularly for any sign of activity. Was hoping against hope that the tribulations of real life hadn't killed the channel. Welcome back. You've been sorely missed.

pls part 2+3! you are the best Eu4 content creator for me! no big letter clickbait aka OWN THIS IN 12YEARS!!!!! just go in with your quiet voice and cool style.
Welcome back! Why not just disband the HRE off the bat? I always do it by 1465 latest in my Dithmarschen games, it’s much more fun and gives a way easier WC, no?..
@@YakubMyBeloved honestly, it’s like learning how to ride a bike. You write down or remember which electors are rivaled and improve relations with the ones that don’t want to ally you because of said rivalries. Then you insult their rivals and do the usual (gifts, improve relations, giving mil access, religious diplomats, etc). Then, once it’s all set, you can save the game (or copy the ironman save) and try to, in the space of one month, un-ally the ones who are rivaled to others and wouldn’t ally you before and then re-ally the previous ones. Usually works like a charm, provided the ones you un-allied for a month still have at least 75+ opinion of you. And then, well, you attack a neighboring free city with weak allies, siege down Vienna and you’re done. Now!!! It’s much easier if Austria is also allied to one or two electors, cause then you can do it faster without all the diplomatic shenanigans. And of course, you hope for Bohemia to join the war on your side (rivals Austria very often) and you absolutely need one or two additional powerful guys in this war. And of course it’s super-annoying to peace out all of Austria’s allies in this war, but at least you get war reparations to help you fix your economy later. There you go, I hope it was clear enough😄
It's a great point -- I thought about it, but got entangled in my Austria alliance till there wasn't much of HRE left. So I just went for the League Wars...
@@StrategySphere you deserve every bit of love you are getting in your videos. There is something about your Gameplay and way of talking that is just compelling to watch. Congratulations on those 5k views after so many months out, that's quite a milestone!!
Have no clue. It’s possible I’ve skipped some time ahead in my editing. Edit: I looked at the sequence, and the alliance was showing as possible from the diplomacy menu. Why the bar was like that, no idea!
For more casual players, I recommend staying a republic a little while longer. It lets you form the hanseatic league, which has a VERY strong mission tree, with a ton of permanent modifiers and some missions that let you vassalise those free cities for free.
Ahh, this is a great point. It probably deserves its own campaign. I wanted to PU England asap, and for that I had to become a monarchy before forming Hannover.
@@StrategySphere Hmmm, after watching the Student video on how support rebels is actually super powerful, I wonder how high one can stack rebel support efficiency...
Paradox should have introduced a Peasant Farmer estate. "Peasant Republic" is what the monarchs called them. Internally, they referred to themselves as a FARMER's REPUBLIC!
Thanks for the sub! I’ve never played Wallachia, but I guess the key would be getting some strong alliances to beat the Ottomans asap, and then expand into Mamluks/North Africa to build strong trade in Constantinople. From there you should be able to push into Europe, maybe starting with Spain/Portugal and going North. Just an idea, every game would play differently of course!
Hi! Could you give me some tips to my WC + One Faith as Spain? Is 1607 and i have Succesion War agains GB over France. I have entire Iberia and half of France with entire Burgundy. I have also PU over Bohemia (he have around 80% of Hungarian lands) and i can PU GB and Austria from my mission tree. In my case exist a Commonwealth who have my dynasty on throne. I'm also a HRE Emperor with 5 reforms passed (i can start centralization reforms but i need to change religion in a lot of countries in HRE). I play on 1.35.6 . What should i do now? This will be my first WC and One Faith so i will be very thankfull from any advice.
Whoa, this sounds really powerful for 1607! If it were me, I’d start pushing into the good trade company lands like the Ottomans, India and Africa to become really rich. In parallel, I’d complete the HRE things (changing religions) as it’ll make you really strong fast, and doesn’t require a lot of troops. The non-mission PUs require a bit of luck, but if you get the Commonwealth PU… you’ll really be unstoppable. After you get your PUs, an idea could be to become a Theocracy as I believe they get 2 missionaries from the government reforms.
@@StrategySphere Thanks, that helpfull advices. I saw on yours campaings that you often change tag. And i wonder is it better strategy to play normaly and later become a HRE or change tag to Germany and later to Roman Empire just to get more Admin efficency. I'm afraid that changing tags will slow me down too much.
@@michalcie222 yep, I do like changing tags for efficiency, but as Castile to Spain you may not have to do it. Your country is super powerful as is, I believe. You also get 5% admin efficiency from the Councils government reform.
There not being an alt estate for republics has grown increasingly bizarre with time. There should be a peasantry estate or something, because you can actually STILL get shit nobility events afaik
Yep, I agree. There’s always some sort of “nobility” (leading power) in a state, whoever these people are in each case - peasants, oligarchs, and so on.
