If you annex both ottomans and mamelukes you get mission ‘amongst the great powers’ which gives +10 cav inf and art combat ability. These are all permanent so when you form mughals you keep them. Theres also a timurid mission ‘conquer hindustan’ which gives you plunder economy that allows you to take nomadic ideas. So you can take nomadic and then later take aristocratic. Both of these also give massive buffs to cav combat ability which you will also keep going into mughals
