Alternative history of the world if successors of timur were actually competent
If you get the nomad focus tree as timurids, you can get ‘horseman of apocalypse mission’ which gives +20 cav combat ability and +50 flanking range. If you annex both ottomans and mamelukes you get mission ‘amongst the great powers’ which gives +10 cav inf and art combat ability. These are all permanent so when you form mughals you keep them. Theres also a timurid mission ‘conquer hindustan’ which gives you plunder economy that allows you to take nomadic ideas. So you can take nomadic and then later take aristocratic. Both of these also give massive buffs to cav combat ability which you will also keep going into mughals

If you form Mughals as Qara Qoyunlu, you can get 'Modernized Turkmen federation', which will allow you to get janissary.

You could take the mandate of heaven (EoC) to get more CCR, so you don't care about OE
I want to try Timurids and absorb the vassals then from Tibet and Khoshuud. Then become Hindu and get normal horde razing and max ccr.
