I have repopulated my yard with more than 2 dozen varieties of fruit trees and berries after my yard was decimated by Hurricane Michael in 2018. I always find it so interesting learning about how vastly different the east and west coast zones are. In my Northern California zone 9b we get, on a low chill year, 800 chilling hours and in a normal year 1000-1200 chilling hours so we can grow a vast array of things.

Thanks for the introduction to this amazing nursery! I just can't imagine growing fruit trees successfully in my yard. 🙄
Loquats are pretty, as well as tasty. Some taste better than others. In New Orleans, they fruited at Christmas. A small tree that decorated itself!

Brie, throwing down the gauntlet! No way you can outperform my lemon tree last year. Ok, I only got 1 lemon. That sucker was huge though! 😁

Brie, try learning some grafting skills and have multiple varieties on one tree.
