We’ve been trying to make a blow over resistant design for years that’s why Ron Jones had the multi wing boats. If you look at your design when it took off it didn’t try to blow over like a traditional hydro that’s why I was impressed with your design🏴☠️🇺🇸👏👏👏👏
Thank you for liking my design.^^ I wanted to prevent the hull from being lifted when the boat was running, so I thought a lot about the design to make a downforce.😁
I like the lift body winged surface in the rear of the boat if you look at the crash Visio when the bow cam up the rear lift surface brought the transom up level switch allowed the boat to stabilize. Unfortunately it came in to hard on the left sponson you might try placing another non-lifting brace at the rear of the sponson where the turn fin is to help stop the sponson from flexing during impact. Can’t wait to see what you come up with on your next video I guess that’s the great thing about 3D printing🏴☠️🇺🇸👏👏👏👏
@@robertread3046 Thank you for your advice. The rear wing acts like a spoiler. I installed it to prevent the tail from being lifted when using a prop with a large pitch.😅
@@D-factory there is a Visio on you tube you might like manta ray bat boat 7 liter hydro this boat was designed in the 70s by Dave Carlson it was designed with a lot of lift in the rear and runs much like your design in the Visio also are clips of us breaking the K boat mile and two thirds record with George Woods driving hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed watching watching your boat🏴☠️🇺🇸
@@robertread3046 How do I find it? I don't currently have your video. I apologize for the hassle, but if you send me a link, I'll try to watch it.Thank you.😁
Your running a little to heavy on the front sponson try moving some weight back and extending your sponsons back just aft of the prop with small mini sponsons. This will allow you to fly the boat and the rear sponson will counter the lift
Thank you for your good advice.^^My guess is that the 3d printed hull is a problem caused by weak structural rigidity. The problem seems to have occurred when the back of the left sponson broke first and the front of the sponson hit the water.
Such an awesome design. Do you, or do you intend to, offer the print files? My son has been wanting an RC boat since we live on the water and I think this would be a fun project. Keep up the great work!!
I'm sorry, but I can't provide the STL file.We don't have a good old age pension. The models I'm currently making are for making business models in my old age. If the data is released, I can't do the business. So it's hard to reveal it. Please understand.😅
Hello. Thank you for liking my design product. But I'm diligently testing and adjusting my settings to make it my business model. I'm sorry, but we can't provide data.
Hello, I designed it.But I don't disclose it. The reason is that we change the settings to make it into the current business model and test them hard.😅
@@ericcxxxx The 3D printed hull is very heavy and has very weak structural strength. When the hull test is completed, I want to make a hull mold and make it into a GFRP or CFRP hull and sell it.
It weighs 2kg of motor + battery. The remaining 2kg is the weight of the hull. A gfrp hull wouldn't be this heavy. The hull made of a 3D printer is very heavy and has weak structural rigidity.

😢 sorry for the damage but nice video ❤
Thank you for liking it.😅
Too bad it got damaged, but it could have been worse. What did you hit in the water? Cheers, DJ
It broke the back of the left sponge along the grain stacked with a 3d printer. I think shocked by the jump first.😅
Need 15 mm front tube fixed with epoxy should be okay then
Thank you for your advice.😊

의뢰도가능하신가요?
좋은 말씀 감사합니다.보트 제작 의뢰라면 아직 준비가 덜 되었습니다. 3d프린트 선체가 무겁고 강성도 약해서 열심히 테스트중 입니다만 ...제대로 잘 안되고 있어 난감한 상황 입니다.^^;;;
