Meal Prep With Me - Breakfast Lunch and Dinner - Slimming World Friendly

  • Hi Guys and welcome back to my channel, today I am going to prep some different meals for the week ahead. This is a look into how I plan my meals which will also help you with calorie counting, following slimming world or trying to eat more healthily.

    Minestrone soup
    1 onion - chopped
    2 carrots - chopped
    3 celery sticks - chopped
    Spray oil
    1 courgette - diced
    1 broccoli - diced
    Handful of green beens - diced
    1 tin of chopped tomatoes
    1 litre of stock (made with bullion)
    A few splashes of Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp tomato puree
    1 tin of cannellini beans - drained
    2 handfuls of baby spinach
    Salt and pepper
    Sprinkle of parmesan - optional
    Chicken Shawarma
    2 red onions - cut into wedges
    2 red peppers - large slices
    2 garlic cloves - crushed
    1 lemon - juice
    2 tsp ground coriander
    2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp ground cumin
    Tbsp olive oil
    Salt and pepper
    10 chicken thighs
    300g frozen sweet potato chunks
    Sausage bake
    3 carrots - cut into strips and halved
    2 red onion - cut into wedges
    8 baby potatoes -cut into quarters
    12 chipolatas
    Spray oil
    Salt and Pepper
    1 tsp garlic granules
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp Honey
    Broccoli florets to serve
    Breakfast bake
    Frozen blueberries
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 ripe banana
    2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp honey
    Salt
    4 tbsp skimmed milk
    130g oats
    30g plain flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    Vegetable tagine
    1 onion - finely chopped
    1 red pepper - chopped
    1 yellow pepper - chopped
    1 aubergine - chopped
    1 1/2 tsp paprika
    1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp harissa paste
    2 tins chopped tomatoes
    1 tin chickpeas - drained
    300g sweet potato
    Salt and pepper
    Pizza Bagels
    200g passata
    1 tbsp tomato puree
    1 tsp mixed herbs
    Salt and pepper
    Mozzarella ball - cut into chunks
    Pepperoni
