    Congrats on the new book, John! The best calls I have been on (as a prospect) were those that created value for me without the typical "pass/fail" mentality. Three hurdles: credibility, believability, and scarcity, simplified the sales call topic which is easy to overthink. Important to listen closely to the client’s deeper emotional needs and goals, and letting them guide the close. Thanks for sharing!
