Hi I followed Yr exercise for 3 years But in 1 year i lazy to do the exercise because of the i got health problem put on weight and right leg suffer so bad Then I restart to do Yr exercise in just a month I got salutation no more pain and I enjoy to sit down when doing prayers Tq so much❤

@@buvanaqueen2888 sis to b frank I lost only one nd half kg😁 coz I didn't follow the diet properly I ate a lot in this 15days.... But I noticed good and improved flexibility in my body after this yoga workout....keep doing kandipa u ll have good result with proper diet😊😊
