Easy one this time Mike! I'm a chainsaw enthusiast...got anywhere from 15 to 20+ chainsaws in the garage. Have not come across a saw yet where the starter pawls were stuck as was the case with that Hilti. Probably due to the abundance of oil that's usually present when using chainsaws. I have come across some extremely grimy, dirty, sawdust packed saws however. Would you believe one of my favorite things to do is clean dirty chainsaws? When I get an old saw from eBay I always hope it comes to me dirty and grimy just so I can have fun cleaning it up...I know I'm a nut. Do you have a compressor with a blow nozzle? Whenever I work on anyone's equipment I just have to clean it as much as possible...just one of my quirks I suppose but the customers appreciate it. Anyway, thanks for another good video bud.
I think most of the issue is the person never uses water when cutting so layers of concrete dust gets caked on there causing issues. If you like cleaning saws and live anywhere close to the NW let me know and you can clean all of mine lol
