    I just got my shoulder pulley and placed it over the door and I watched the video twice, adjusted the pulley, and did front and back exercises. I can see how it has it's benefits and I will continue to use it every day ☺️ thank you 😊

    Just got my over the door pulley in the mail. So nice to have a video showing the different exercises. I look forward to using this daily along with my PT appts.

    How can I purchase at home equipment to further help me? I was watching a video with a female doctor then it disappeared.
