Tube lights are so versatile. I wish the would make the batteries removable, so you could fly with them in checked baggage, though. Really enjoying your videos.
@@RonaldKasper I'm not sure about the rules in Europe, but over here, the FAA don't like any lithium batteries to go in the hold, especially attached to something that can generate so much heat if it is inadvertently turned on. I've got that Zhiyun 100 watt tube light and it's terrific and very bright, but it's too long to fit in any carryon I have and too much to go in the hold. These look like I can fit a couple in my carryon, and they're brighter than my old Yongnuo first generation tube lights that run off NPF batteries. I keep them around just for flying.
@@bobkrist1 I see, thanks! Even on my 150wh v-mount battery there is a „flight certified“ sign, so I thought a tubelight makes no problems at all. Maybe it’s really just in Europe.
@@RonaldKasper We can take those size lithium batteries onboard too, but only in carryon, not in the hold with the checked luggage. Maybe this is a rare case of the US having more regulations than the EU🙂
I love the fact you are straightforward and very communicative. I recently bought these for my youtube studio, and there weren't so many videos on it. But I appreciate this video, and thank you for creating it. Happy holidays. Also, the initial tube sticking to the tree was funny, and the car in the garage was also sick. campfire illustrations must've been nuts with mosquitos!
Damn I was just about to buy the Godox TL60. Good thing I saw this video! :D I really have to get a light because my room is very dark and has an ugly led light that is really not good looking when filming stuff.. hopefully this will change the quality of both slog3 at 640 and 12800 as well :D (because it was a lot darker and had to use my screen/phone flash..)
The T30 is a cheap and solid light, I use it all the time as backlights or for product videos. Be sure to buy it with the link in the description, this helps to keep my channel alive 😉 Thanks! 🙏

Thanks mate for the first comment on this one! I did never fly with tube lights, are the batteries so big that they are a problem on a plane?

I got confused when you put the light on a tree though😅
😂 what magnets can do nowadays…
Not all-rounder, only bi-color, it's a shame. The light in RGB is maybe 10 times less powerful than CCT, pretty disappointed
What‘s an all-rounder light?
