Yes, finally some NSX NC1 love! I love both generations of the NSX equally and a lot of people don't realize that this car is still fairly priced for a hybrid supercar sub $200k. I mean what other hybrid options are there at that price? The BMW i8 was nowhere near as close performance wise but did sell well just because it looked cool to people with those doors. This NSX is just so rare and feels special it's own way. Only seen 5 in person and got in one at an auto show and those seats definitely are still the best I've been in. It can even get great mileage off that hybrid system. Also that launch at 4:44 was just gnarly especially seeing that Sentra disappear next to you lmao.
And well said on that despite it not being like the original with its AWD and hybrid, it still offers a lot vs the competition (Again there's no hybrid supercar at that price). It did hurt that not many people saw the Acura name as prestigious as McLaren or Audi, Ferrari, etc. but just the fact you had people ask what that car was and you saying it's an Acura just feels different.
Agreed! It really is under appreciated, wicked fast, good looking and has some hypercar-like hybrid technology. One of my new favorites to drive. Thank you for the comment!
