I just started this series. It's incredible how energized, yet peaceful, I feel when I am finished. I am still working on my breath of fire (I tend to lose focus and rhythm and have to pause and begin again), so when you told us to realize that it was meant to trigger you, and to see how you heat up when things get difficult, all I could do was smile. Because obviously, it frustrates me to lose focus like that, lol! I am looking forward to tomorrows practice.

Dear Brett, I am so thankful for this series. I sprained my ankle and turned to kundalini practice because a lot of it does not require weight bearing on the feet. However I feel I am getting a lot more than protection for my ankle. Thank you!

I am enjoying these so much! I also like that they are 20 minutes. I have 3 yr old that has been watching and asking questions as I'm doing it, so it is not as relaxing as I would like it to be. But it is kinda of nice that he is noticing when you stop, he thinks I should stop too. LOL. :D

I've been practicing kundalini yoga and meditation for 6 days now and today was the first time I enjoyed it. In the beginning I experienced a lot of lightheadedness and nausea but it feels like my body is getting used to it now. My legs and hips benefits a lot from the sitting position - it opens up my hips more and more and creates a nice and warm flow in my body. Yesterday I really struggled with the day 1 class, but I discovered later in the day that it was because I was withholding some anger. As soon as I expressed it the tension disappeared. Today your practice was easy and it all came natural to me. Thank you for your time and energy 🥰
    Greetings from Denmark🙏

In the final part with my arms stretched up I noticed that the left side of my upper back between my shoulder blades was hurting, but I think the right side was hurting more yesterday, so hopefully that means my body is starting to feel better. My waist was also feeling very strained as I tried to stay sitting. I do think this is helping me to get in even better touch with my body.

I have to share with you that my practice is expanding. I began this practice in a chair; I am now on the floor. I have found the 'right' pillow(s) to sit on and find comfort for my root. I still find more clearing by sitting in the cat cow, but now I am on the floor sitting in an easy position like you!!! I am so happy. I wasn't so sure my 'ole' bones could do it! That is why it is called a practice! I love how more and more is revealed with time and "practice". Thank you, Brett! Namaste!

I did this a little bit ago and at first I couldn’t find an answer to when you asked how we feel after completing the fire breath. I couldn’t find an answer my mind was blank...like I didn’t have one thought that came to my head....then a few moments later I just noticed I felt calm...extremely calm.
This is pretty amazing bc I have had a stressful day today and was very mad a couple hours before and thought my evening was going to be ruined then this practice completely calmed me!

OMG! This is why it is called kundalini PRACTICE! I practiced during the vata time of day because of the receptiveness I have during this time. I practiced yesterday, and I felt invigorated when I first woke up this morning. I know this difference had to do with the kundalini practice with you yesterday. The feeling has something to do with my core and I feel more vitality. Does that make sense to you?
    Thank you and Namaste

I enjoyed this. This time I could feel the circulation buzzing in my lower legs and feet. It was great because I just had tendon surgery in July on my left foot and yesterday before bed I noticed that everything (foot and ankle) were extremely swollen and it was very discouraging. I was hesitant on doing this today but I’m glad I did because I feel energized and I know that my foot feels a little better this morning and is definitely awake.
Thanks Brett! I look forward to tomorrow.
Also, how long would you suggest one complete this 6 day routine? I’m just getting back into yoga after having such a huge surgery.

This was such a great class, thank you! I have been searching youtube for a great Kundalini course, so I can't wait for the rest of the series. I do have a question: When I do the sufi grind, my sits bones have a tendency to come up when I'm going forward and to the sides, should they stay planted? I always think maybe I'm getting too excited or too into the movement,😆. Thank you for everything!🙏🏽

Brett, thank you so much for this! I could definitely feel the energy moving throughout my entire body after the breath of fire. Now I just need to go through your video about breaking it down. One question though, I was a hemiplegic at one point in my life many years ago and still have weakness on my left side making it very difficult to hold my arm up when doing the breath of fire. Also, when concentrating on doing it properly, the synergy makes my left hand keep twisting with the breath. It’s also difficult to get my thumbs deep into the sternum and hold my left elbow up at the same height as the right elbow. Now for my actual question. How much does that affect the Kundalini energy flow?
Thank you again! Love and light, blessings and namaste. ❤️☀️🕉🙏

You can take breaks when you need to. There are energy channels in the arms, which is why we hold them up, but taking breaks is fine if you need to. Do the best you can and you renergy will be just fine ;) Thank you so much for practicing with me!

hi,i just found your videos and started practicing. i have 2 questions, firstly what do we do when we complete day 6? should we go back to day one and repeat? and secondly i felt my body divided in 2 after i done the breath of fire,it was like the left part of my body was blue and energised and the right part was yellow and less energized..is that normal and what does ir mean? thank you,im enjoying this classes!

So interesting!! Maybe do some meditation and journaling to see what it might mean for you. You can of course repeat if you like, or try one of my other kundalini classes!
