I knew I would eventually find a solid and rigorous and focused yoga practice that is free of distracting music, and where the instructor doesn't ramble on and on, filling every moment with unnecessary words, as if they are all afraid of silence. Today I let the algorithm pick the class and...it was exactly what I needed. Not a great strength day for me so it was powerful to stop midway and replace the yucky self talk with sweetness and “You’re exactly where you need to be.” I love this channel and Erin’s teaching.
After 12 years yoga practicing, I am searching for more creative, advanced yoga not just for the poses but more for the mind and spirit, I am so grateful to find your class here on TH-cam😇😇😇🙏🙏🙏
Would really love to see more of such hold and flow sequences... The hold is of the utmost perfect duration... such a serene place to be, to meditate, to observe your body, to align... this is an incredible practice. Since the coronavirus i have been following your classes they are amazing. This particular class is absolutely great im doing it at least once every week.

Totally love this practice. I love the sequencing, the longer time for holding poses, and the pacing. These poses are accessible to me, most of them anyway, and I feel confident that I can master all of them in time because of the extended holds. Love this! Do more! Namaste
Very very challenging !!!! I have stopped many times and cried during the flows. One of the best !!!! My triceps cried 2 days after this class, I cannot lift weights 🤣 !!! More of these please 🙏🙏🙏 Namaste

That was hard and challenging ,Erin! My waterloo are long standing poses and this definitely gave me a sweat, I had to pause for a minute or two. Just what I needed. Thank you!!
New favorite for my off days after doing squats or dead lifts. Long hot holds with good quad stretches. I also really appreciate long one sided stretches which force me to tough it out for the other side for my mind yoga and balance. This session will fly by and help you relax.

Very much enjoyed this practice. My favorite so far in that there is just the right amount of holds, stretches, strengthening poses and poses I still need to work on! I really enjoyed this practice. The holds were challenging. I feel this is a very strength-building practice. I will definitely return to it. I also liked the transitions - they were creative, and since they were different than what I am used to, it made me try things I might balk at in other sequences. I feel like you have a better sense of balancing sides than many yoga teachers I run into - like often teachers will talk through a hold on one side, and then when they move to the other side, they don't hold as long because they've already explained it. I felt like you kept it very even and I appreciate that. Erin, you are really terrific! I am glad I found your channel and I will continue to try your classes. Namaste.
+politicat313 Thanks so much for your feedback! I agree that oftentimes when I am in yoga class, side two gets brushed over, (and usually that is the left side). I try to keep them even because I like that in my own body. Thanks for the reminder, though. Since I am a lover of vinyasa I also notice that holding poses can be the most challenging!
