Tuning in and zoning out on the cyclists and the truck in the background made this video come "alive". Perfect for a lighter day after many days of hard workouts in a row to limber up the back. This went down well on a Sunday morning in an L.A. backyard.
Five Parks Yoga w/ Erin Sampson this went well here in my beautiful FLORIDA patio. I ❤️ all your classes I have been taking them over and over. I am your big fan Erin, so you can imagine how excited I was when one of my clients told me she went to your Costa Rica Yoga retreat with her daughter and they absolutely loved it. I am Laing to attend with my best friend one day for sure.
I can't believe I haven't commented or even liked this video. I have endometriosis and muscle pains which causes my back and legs and arm bones to move, they get very painful and I can't move sometimes. Finding 5 Parks and this video saved me so many times. When I don't do 5 Parks yoga for more than a month, I have really bad consequences. This little 30min exercise is amazing and life-saving. I've been doing it for a few years now, after I've found it. I don't know what's the magic, but it's almost like it resets everything in my body where it's supposed to be. Sometimes when I start, I have so much pain and my body/neck/shoulder is so stiff and painful I'm not kidding..its like my bones or back will crack if i try to stretch. So first couple of salutations i will be at a compromised position. But as it goes on and the body heats up, amazing things happen. At the end of 30min of following this video...most of my pain miraculously melted away. Gone. It lasts me for about 1 week, because my muscles keep being pulled out of alignment, and I have to repeat. Please never remove this video. I wish 5 Parks all the best. You are doing so much good and saving lives!

I love revisitng these classes. I came to yoga during the panedmice and fell in deep, many thanks to these 5 Parks Yoga. Inspired, I did my YTT a few years ago and now teach here in Kennebunk Maine. As I re-do your classes, it amazes me how much of your voice shines thru in my instruction. You shaped me as a yogi and teacher - Thanks!
I am in Indiana visiting family over this memorial weekend and my daughter and I are camping at this really pretty campground. I decided to bring my yoga mat with me and did this flow. This is my go-to shorter class, it's absolute perfection. I worked up a sweat, feel stretched all in under 40 minutes. A fabulous flow for all levels with brilliant instruction. Thank you Erin
Found this and it’s perfect for activating and stretching all the muscles I’m having issues with just now in my slightly aging (52yr) body. I walk a lot and who knew that whilst good it seems to tense my muscles to ache. This is just the right length of a daily practice for me, to keep my mobility on point. I have to say that your Mandela flow is my all time favourite class - the oldies are the best! Just wish I had time for that one more often. Thank you 🙏
Good morning, Erin. Thank you for reminding me how much I love yoga. I followed you during my YTT many years ago and even used some during my internship. 😊 I always appreciate the "one breath, one movement" cues which are always helpful. Hi Erin! I love your classes so much, definitely my favorite yoga channel on TH-cam! I would love, love, love to see some more "morning" classes like this one! 30-40 minutes, with a thorough warm-up/stretch out and an active sequence to get the blood pumping and the muscles waking up. Thank you for offering such a variety of quality classes! :)
Yours are the only yoga videos that are just the right combination of challenge and progress! For me, anyway. Thank you and please keep posting! Plus, I am visually impaired, and you do such a wonderful job explaining what's coming up next that I have no problem following the session.
A great morning practice that I do regularly. What I love about Erin's classes is the great cues - I can do the whole practice with just the audio cues.
It has been a while that I follow the more recent videos of Erin and tpwards the beginning of this class I wasn't used anymore to this more energic version of hers! :D

I opened up TH-cam, feeling unwell from horrible menstrual cramps. This gem of a video comes up in my recommended feed and after completing it, I feel so much more relaxed, refreshed and my body feels less tight and tense. I can’t thank you enough, your generosity always improves my day! ❤️

This one is so great for mornings, really. Just a perfect practice to wake me up and leave me feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to go. A personal favorite 30min.
Love this sequence! The carefully arranged graduated stretching helped for non-yogi but a little more than a beginner like me to progress. In second half, some of them seem new and feel very good, some are challenging but it feels hopeful :-) Love your calming voice, your sincere words and teaching. THANK YOU!
