Liking the new dude! a lot of negative comments about him but i wonder if they are listening carefully-he's just keeping up with timing-don't think the guys interviewed feel rushed at all. i think the guy seems both knowledgeable and interested. another watchable educator for me at no charge thanks!

The shop guy appeared to not listen at first . I think Stuart was either cash strapped or losing interest ( likely the latter) as he had no idea about some of the complaints ( myself) about some warranty issues and his PR staff never told him. But hopefully Korg will ensure the quality and inspire with some other colours being made for us to see??? Purple Daze NS 2 with Maple neck I would like to see . I own a few both Euro and USA, and the Euro tends to be made better most times.
*Cort* is the company that owns Spector now. Korg makes tuners. Cort has been making basses for other companies for years. Ibanez,for one. You cant find the Ibanez factory because there isnt one. Cort makes Ibanez. Most of the import basses are made by Cort,especially those coming out of Korea. Schecter,Sterling,Spector,and even Conklin is owned by Cort.
@@mikechecka292 Actually it is KORG who own it now not Cort. The EURO factory is not owned by them but has been around since 1953 and makes many for others and is owned by a Japanese Group now . KORG makes more than tuners my friend . The final set up on the Spector's from Europe is better than the final set up out of USA and they need to invest in a Plek Pro Machine to ensure that the basses are better than the rest.

I would love if interviewer would let the Spector rep talk about the new products instead of telling us the he obviously knows everything about their line. I'm not here to watch this idiot talk, I'm here to learn about their LT line which this guy would have just brushed right by. All these andertons guys sound like they're 5 minutes late for their next interview and the result is we get 100s of crappy rushed interviews so thanks guys

Yes, just before they came around the corner and had me get involved. The bass took a major hit just as I was ready to be interviewed. I knew to check tuning and fix it, but I did not do that as the interview was in progress. I forgot to check tuning and I did notice the low E especially was out, I tried on the spot to just avoid it, but I still used that string. In hindsight, I should have just stopped and taken the 10 seconds and tuned it. Sorry about the tuning issue. However regardless, I hope you can still tell the meaty tone and that I'm not struggling too play the instrument as it is very easy to play on and incorporate economy of motion, since these basses do not require you to muscle the sound out of them.

Sounds good but it would be nice if they offered the Hazlabs preamp as an option on the Euros at some point.

Spectors are my fetish... just kidding. But I'm lucky enough to own one. I have the Performer 5 model in a metalic red. Sounds much better than my Jackson 5 string which cost about £150 more.
I must be ahead of the game, as I swapped my old EMG pups for bartolini pups a few years ago. It's really helped with the sound of my Euro Spector. I am currently making a review video on my Greg's Bass Shed channel. Come and check it out:
