To sum up you put the chicken in the pot, bring the liquid to boil and start cooking the chicken in low heat for 5 minutes .You then turn off the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.Then you flip the chicken over , turn on the heat and bring the liquid to boil and cook this side in low heat for 5 minutes .Turn off the heat and let the chicken soaking in the liquid for 2 hours. 你好👋這個豉油雞汁用途多多,除了可以重複再滷豉油雞,(祇要再加多些少香料和豉油等),而且這個汁還可以鹵雞翼、蛋、豬腩肉、蛋、豆腐等等,更可以當蒸魚豉油用,醃肉都一樣好味㗎!當然要待涼後放入雪櫃啦!謝謝支持👍😊❤️
請問是否只是共開火兩次各五分鐘? 還是每次開小火5分鐘焗15分鐘,小火5分鐘焗15分鐘這樣子?
你好👋豉油汁加入姜蔥煑數分鐘後便可以加入雞浸煑,當汁液滾起,蓋上蓋子轉小火煑5分鐘,之後關火待15分鐘,將雞華麗轉身,蓋上蓋子再次開著火,當汁液滾起,轉小火煑5分鐘後關火(不要開蓋),大約浸一小時30分鐘左右,用竹韱在雞髀位拮入,沒有血水滲出便熟了,但如果有血水的話,可能隻雞比我那隻重了少許,便可以重復以上煑的步驟多一次囉!謝謝支持👍😊❤️

你好👋因為是細雞,而且蓋上蓋子來浸煑應該會熟的,可以用竹韱在雞腿位插入測試,如果有血水的話,可以重復之前的步驟,(以豉油汁滾起計),再用小火煮多5分鐘,之後再焗多一個鐘,應該完全熟透啦!謝謝支持👍😊❤️
