Wild Beaver - must watch it all, sounds great - 3. c3 in sicilian is an antisicillian known as Kopeć Opening - after Danny Kopeć - US citizen, chess IM of polish origin - grabciomichał is also of polish origin :)

@@12jswilson Hippo is good, Dragon is troll just block off the diagonal and the bishop is useless for the rest of the game Polish is REALLY really bad probably one of the worst openings in chess Orangutan idk, Bird's gambit there is a trap called From's Gambit if the bird player somehow avoids that it's still worst than the English.

I tried it and had the privilege of watching first hand the troubles of opponents developing his bishop. Hilarious. It's a bit like robbing a bank and as you walk in everyone is already blindfolded laying down on the floor. "Hmm... what's going on here? I guess I'll just help myself then?" While you stuff your bag with money you are accompanied by the sounds of: "Hrmpf!!! Grmbl!!! Grr!!!".

You need to get yourself a larger database. The position after 8...exd6 in the 6...Nc7 line has been seen in Zagema-Van der Vliet (1995), Ragger-Freitag (2005) and Budimir-Rukavina (2006). Budimir played 9.Bd3 and lost and the other 2 games ended in draws after 9.d5. You can also theoretically use a similar idea in 2...d6 Sicilian games via the move order 1. e4 c5; 2. Nf3 d6; 3. c3 Nf6; 4. e5 Nd5; 5. ed e6; 6. b4, which is a position that has specifically occurred in Fomin-Begunov (1994) and Schroer-Lev (2011), albeit both times via 2...Nf6. None of the lines look that great to me personally (from a white perspective) but it is certainly a way of getting black off the beaten track.
