You shouldn't post a video like this when you clearly dont know what you are talking about. There are so many inaccuracies in this video I just cant list them all. For one thing, you have not been able to find a detached residence to rent in Los Feliz for $1400 since 2005. You will pay double that at the bare minimum.
then comment the cheapest ways im a special needs adult and im tired of living in montana with parents that treat me like a 5 year old i need to be in la and i need to find the cheapest way to stay there
@@baku4726 There's no way Playa Del Rey is around $1500. You are looking at more like $3000-4000. Anytime anything's close to the ocean the price goes up. Playa Del Rey is one of the more premium neighborhoods in LA. Cheaper neighborhoods are areas more inland and hotter. Also, I think most video that use computer voices and excessive stock footage are probably not trust worthy.
@@JackieLovesToDraw play Del Rey, Marvista, Venice, Beach, Santa Monica, is where all the shootings and stabbings home invasions robberies per snatching high-speed chases happen not LA watch or Compton
THANKS FOR SHARING

Thank you for this info on a difficult and changing topic? 👏🏻
Whoever made this video has never been to LA. The top 3 "most affordable" neighborhoods listed here made me laugh out loud.
Whats wrong with it? Are there any cheaper?
