A lot of things got to me in that story, but how she ended it "everyone's mean and I want things to go back to the way things were" is still shaking me up.... she just admitted she wants a chance to push another woman over the edge.
I literally laughed out loud when she said she had been doing charity the last few weeks to "prove" she was a good person 😂

Well, you nuked your relationship with your SO, your sister and likely murdered someone who had already had far too much pain in her life because... what? You were jealous? Have a good life.
Why is she acting concerned? She knew what she was doing and got what she wanted.

S3 - The running joke for my entire undergrad program, which I lived on campus for, was that if your roommate dies, you get automatically a passing grade in all classes. Maybe As, maybe Cs… it’s been like 30yrs, and I don’t remember. Also, that’s probably not actually the case. That would just set you up to fail later, for not knowing the prerequisite stuff for later classes. If anything, they would probably allow you to withdraw from all classes, even if it were past the withdrawal deadline. Or get “incomplete” grades so you can retake those classes later.

Yeah that's a wonderful example to set for his children. Stay with a spouse that doesn't love you the same way you love them. Cause that wouldn't end up in infidelity at best. I don't mean to be that guy, but it could be a number of things, like her parents had a toxic relationship, or she has a slight neurodivergence.... or she reads too many dirty books and is waiting for OP to turn into a werewolf.
I am reminded of some TV shows and movies, where they talk to a psychopath who isn’t a murderer. (PSA - Do not use TV show or movies for medical or mental health advice. They are very often very wrong.) Mostly because my own undiagnosed autism made me worry that I was one day going to snap and go on a killing spree. Now I know better. I got hints from this post that OP’s wife may just be wired differently. I have never felt what most love songs and rom-coms describe, and I honestly think that I could not. But based on how much it hurt when my various relationships ended, I am convinced that I do feel love. It just manifests differently. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t love.

Now: OP, I think you need to take a step back, figure out why his friendship with this girl bothered you so much, and work on that. While doing that, I'd apologize to your boyfriend (or ex if he is), but tell him that you recognize that you caused harm to him AND the girl, and that you're working on your issues. Tell him that you want him back, if you do, but that you'll wait as long as he wants, and you'll be working on yourself until then, and even after that. Finally, if you, or he, find the girl(hopefully she's okay), MAKE SURE YOU APOLOGIZE TO HER!!!
