We have a Harris Hawk at the local rescue named One-eyed-Jack. You guessed it! He only has one eye and is very territorial and squawks whenever you come near. We also have a raven named Raven, and she is a bit bigger than Rook, but LOVES eggs. She will stash them and when you come over she will jump down and grab it to show it off! XD I'm glad you provide these guys such a good home! Love from the West Coast!

I just want to let you know that I have a female cat who perks up whenever she hears birds. She becomes super alert, like someone called her name or something. I tell people that she's fluent in bird. During this video her ears twitched and she looked around trying to find the birds. She does the same during the Bird Note Podcast. I bet you drive though." On a side note, birds as a class are kinda strange when it comes to sexuality and reproduction. Ducks are fucking weird.

After about 2-3 years he opened his cage door and flew away.. :( Charlie: My first Budgie. He wasn't my favorite, but I did like him. He died. :( Coconut: My second Budgie. She was a biter. Planktin: My last Budgie He was a snot!

The world needs a video on Sprinkles! Parrotlets are so misunderstood, they're so sweet and affectionate. People think they're mean because they're less forgiving to poor handling. But just because they're more likely to bite from poor handling, doesn't make poorly handling cockatiels better. Or parrotlets meaner.
