We speak to security about it being a private space before taking the drone up which prompts bosses to come out and make further attempts to restrict photography in a public place.

Is quite entertaining to see these "grown" men turn themselves inside out to prevent a lawful activity just because they don't "like" what other people are doing.
From flying a drone over people, questioning DJ's bike lights, the drone falling out of the sky, filming a person's home scenario, to possible alleging of voyeurism etc. I think it was best to say nowt and walk away than keep digging themselves any deeper.

16:10 He's worked in the building industry for so long and doesn't seem to understand that security at the sites is to prevent thefts and to prevent people wandering on and hurting themselves. That's it. They can't prevent thefts by stopping people from looking (or using a camera) unless he wants to put a blindfold on every one passing the site on the main road or every visitor to the other businesses in the estate.
If someone did fly a drone over your house you would never know.
I’ve flown mine up above my house this evening as I was looking at some construction in the distance and my neighbours would never know and also I was just looking with the view finder nothing recorded 🤷🏼

The phrasing on the SIA website is "Licensable activities".
Security is now a controlled industry, requiring a license.
When asked if he was security, he said "yeah" (4:07). This would cause any reasonable person to believe that he WAS security, and might change how they interact as a result. He went from Gate Marshall to security by claiming that he was security and by disputing the edge of a property (licensable activities). He did this without displaying a license.
One second he is, then next he isn't, now he's liable because he's trained, wait no he isnt. He has some kind of authority, but then he doesn't.
Situations like this are EXACTLY why the industry had to be licensed in an attempt to clean it up.
It wouldn't be required to be so pedantic about the whole thing if only he'd kept his attention on HIS side of the fence, but he wanted to make claims about who owns which property etc.
Either:
1 - He's security, he displays the badge and he carries out "licensable activities" like disputing the edge of a property.
OR
2 - He's not security, he don't have a badge to display, and he doesn't carry out "licensable activities" like disputing the edge of a property.
Mr. "open borders" doesn't get to swap from one to the other willy nilly.

There is a clip of a road rage incident where Ely steps between 2 parties . His calm and collective manner saved a man's life and only his shirt got slashed as Ely got between them I don't condone street violence But Ely sends such a strong message in regards to filming in public .

In regards to the SIA courses I doubt anyone fails, it’s just a cash cow for the companies issuing them. The vast majority of the foreign security can barely speak English so how the studied and passed their SIA courses I’ve no idea.

ARUP has a 26 page technical report titled "Hemel Hempstead Data Centre - Emergency Back-up Generation Facility" that provides specs on generating equipment but no plans in the report.
UK government posts environmental report is 30 pages.
HP2 4ZB, Amazon Data Services UK is noted by an environmental permit consultant and has MANY documents and plans available for environmental public comment Spring 2023.
Local planning application has lots of documents and reports available for the curious.
