3:45 He's wrong. The whole estate is private property. The whole estate is one plot of land. Elbit only lease their bit of the estate. They only have authority within the fencing. The extra bollards is just an arrangement with the estate owner, not a demarcation of what they lease.

Maybe, but that road wasn't gated at the entry to the estate and is therefore a 'highway', by being a road to which the public has access.
If it was all private they'd be signage stating the fact, the fact is it wasn't.
They know that, of course they do, but they watched Full metal jacket the evening before and the Marine commando moves strong within them this morning. I think they probably have a whole platoon inside their large beer bellies.
i just wander what he stood to gain from being on private property. he had a good vantage point from the bollards, why did he need to go the extra 6-8 metres in? saddens me to say it but it appears it was just an action to get a reaction for the camera.

Why is that security guard wearing the defaced Union Jack? Proper poor attitude straight out the blocks, you can tell the power trip he has by having a radio ..... you're a security guard, get over yourself.... I'm glad my stuff wasn't being unloaded off the back of the lorry, the FLT driver only just had his forks in far enough to lift the pallet. I've worked security, never was unclear about where the property boundary was, never stepped beyond it, always knew what authority I had. If you're off the property none of my business. Met many idiots. Off the property I couldn't care less.

One explanation for the bollard location is if they were closer to the gate then then it could cause issues with space to keep vehicles waiting whilst the bollards are locked and the gate remains closed. As there's no vehicular access to H1 from that road they could have come to an agreement for that location of the bollards but that doesn't mean the bollards demarcate their property.
Security having the visitors list clearly visible is one breach but there is another one - Elbit should not have passed visitors confidential data to a third party ie the Security firm without individual consent - that is also a breach of GDPR.
