Ahah that was funny to discover that your "cookie butter" is a belgium famous thinng ! In Belgium and in France you always have your coffee with a little something (biscuit, dark chocolate square...) and the speculoos is a cinnamon biscuit you're cookie butter is made of yeah !

1 heaped tbs hazelnut spread
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tsp instant coffe
50ml hot water
--> stir together
--> add 125ml milk
