Thank you Jeremy. It was definitely tricky. It fits on then you push it down lightly to lock into place. I definitely didn't want to push to hard since that one tab was broken (possibly during shipping). Hope this helps Jeremy. - John
Thank you for the feedback. I appreciate that. I try to document everything I do knowing that someone might benefit from it. Thanks for letting me know. -John
Thank you for sharing the video they sent me directions on how to put the wires in with pictures but they did not tell me how to take it off and that's Mopar thank you
This is great news. When I made this video I'm thinking no one is going to watch it - but hell I'll do it anyway. Thank you for taking the time to let me know that this was helpful!
Thanks for the video! My mirror isn't broken but it wiggles... do you know if that is caused in the adjustment motor or if i may have a broken clip on the mount like you did? Cheers, Lyle
I suggest moving the mirror all the way to one side so you can see behind and try to "lightly" wiggle and see if u can identify the root cause. If you find a broken clip and it is still there you should be able to repair with cyanoacrylate (CA aka superglue) glue. Thank you for the question.
You need the entire assembly including the piece from the door? I imagine you'll need to remove the interior door trim so you can access the bolts that hold that assembly onto the door.

Mopar has a decent website for determining your exact part. A dealer can help you locate the exact part number based on your VIN.
@@UDoIt2 no it's all in 2 pieces the mirror and the part that holds the glass is fine but 2 tabs broke of the 3 and its just hanging off
@@slash-kv1sc ugh!!!! I'd like to share this on my community tab. Can you post a photo of what you did and tag me on insta or twitter?
