I was literally stuck in a parking lot in my 2010 rogue. I watched your video, went to auto zone and bought all the tools I needed plus the belt and using your video figured out how to do the job. Thanks for saving me a tow truck plus repair plus headache.
2010 Rogue S....The low side (front) line had a stud in it and was literally stuck. We tried everything to pull the line out and it didn't budge. We ended up unbolting the Compressor unit and pulling it through the wheel well opening with the line attached. Once there, we still could not pull the line off and ended up taking an Angle Grinder and cutting a slot on the OLD COMPRESSOR (DO NOT harm the line connection) just below the stud to sever any connection with the line and the compressor. This allowed us to tap the line assembly up and away from the compressor. Once separated, we were left with the stud still stuck in the line side mount. Apparently someone put a heavy duty silicone sealant around the stud. We carefully drilled out the stud and cleaned the hole on the line and made sure the mounting bolt fit through it. Didn't have any other problems except that one line. Hope this helps someone else struggling to get the line free.
Just want to ask what belt you used (size or p/n). OEM 17220-JG30B (bought at dealership, 1808mm) was loose on my 2011 Rogue S FWD. Squealed right from the start. Duralast Belt 710K6 (1805mm) was better because it squealed only when AC was on. I had to reinstall original one that is perfect, tight, no squeals with AC on/off etc. It is just old (11 years), 80,000 miles.on it. Should I try 1803mm like Goodyear 1060710 (1803mm)? Any recommendations?
Certain vehicles have different specs for the belt I had the same problem I had to get a cricket belt tension gauge and then find a Specs for my belt so that it wouldn't squeal when I had the AC on and as it got Tighter and Tighter the less it squealed my specs.were180lbs.to200lbs. which was very tight.

Which diagram do you use for the 2016 Nissan Rogue to put the belt back on? The belt fell off so I don't know which pully to put it on :(

My new one was way too tight
Gave up after an hour and put the old one on
can you do a video on how to replace the alternator
I was looking for the same thing... Did you end up finding anything?
can I bypass the a.c. compressor? and if so, what size belt would I need?
I have not found anything that would allow the compressor to be by-passed.
Mine seized had to tow car home and get new compressor from Amazon.
Brought it to shop to get filled. Glad I have AC
My friends belt squels now after I installed when she turns on the ac
sounds like is loose or the wrong size
