Dear Cowboy Kent Rollins, I respect you a lot and I praise you because you respect Mexican cuisine, and I learn a lot even though I am Mexican (living in MX)
Great job on your recipe it looks delicious and it must taste really good too. I make mine similar, the only difference is that I add cilantro to my salsa and I spread refried black beans on the corn tortilla before adding the fried egg, then I add the egg, salsa and sprinkle with Mexican cheese queso fresco. I made them this morning.
As a real Mexican, I would try roasting the onion, tomatoes, peppers, and garlic on open coals or on a pan. When they are nice and roasted let them rest in a container. Mash them with salt and let me tell you, you got the perfect salsa for Huevos Rancheros.
I've often heard of this and I've ALWAYS wanted to try it! If it's as good tasting as everything that you make looks, I CANT WAIT! I'm not a cook, I'll have to get my wifey to. No worries though, she can make tree bark taste good! God Bless You Mr. Rollins, TY for your time making these videos!!!
Although my Hispanic family doesn’t have the exact same recipe for Huevos Rancheros, it makes me smile that someone else that isn’t Hispanic has found a recipe and enjoys making them just as much as they enjoy eating it Keep up the good work pal, first time viewer and I’m definitely subscribing
Chile is serious business in New Mexico, and most us have sauce recipes handed down from many generations ago. For my own family, we use only roasted New Mexican chile (there are dozens of registered and trademarked species of New Mexico chile, but the closest match outside of New Mexico would be an Anaheim chile).

When I’m depressed, I watch one a Cowboy Kent’s vids & the birds begin singin. ✌️
What a great guy with a great wife and a great life!
God bless you Kent, Shannon, and the rest of you all. I was born in Silver city, NM and I love my New Mexican food
I only clicked the video to hear a guy that looks like him say Huevos Rancheros and I stayed for the brilliant recipe.
Mjolnor these words are so fucking incredibly accurate it hurts. A fellow man of culture.

I love Kent’s happy dances! Watching these videos is as soothing as watching Bob Ross.
Thanks for watching
My husband and I love watching you two. Thank you for the recipes!
Our pleasure
You just made an old man laugh out loud with the ending of this video. It is so nice to see Shannon on camera (even if she didn't take a shower) and as always love the little dance at the end. Seriously there is one part of every video that makes me so happy and proud to be a subscriber to these videos. When you tip your hat to all our service folks you touch my heart and that is no joke. Thank you for such a great channel, now I need to cook up 75 pieces of bacon so I too can have some bacon grease....
Thanks Dan for watching and we owe them so much

Cowboy Kent Rollins
I would expect nothing less from such a good boy
Always on duty
UwU Time my fave character tbh
Just because of this dish you should be granted an honorary Mexican citizenship.
Thank you Vincente for watching I'm honored
Wow Kent killed this one
I’ve been watching your videos and cooking aside, you inspire me to move to the Texas Hill Country side of Texas. My wife and I have been discussing moving out of Los Angeles for 2 years now for a better life for our children. I graduate this year and hope to find a job near Cedar Park/Round Rock Texas. Thats all we are waiting for. My kids would love a huge property like yours, and I’ve been wanting to buy me a horse too lol.
This ranchero started out my morning beautifully
Just found this guy, I love him.
Thanks for watching
I'm cooking this tomorrow morning for my husband, looks delicious.
I love that you do the traditional process without can stuff and short cuts, that recipe is straight mexican except for the cheddar cheese but that's optional and it looks good.
Thanks for the recipe.
Hope you enjoy, Thank you for watching
Dear Cowboy Kent Rollins, I respect you a lot and I praise you because you respect Mexican cuisine, and I learn a lot even though I am Mexican (living in MX)
As a real Mexican, I approve of this message.
Thanks Rex
Yup... here in El Paso Texas and this is some good ol fresh Mexican cookin.
cheddar on huevo ranchero ? jajaja no mames
@@seannaamani121 yup ! that's pretty traditional also...
@@seannaamani121 scrambled style though not omelet style
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I made it this morning for my family and it was a hit! Can't wait to try all your other recipes !
Your personalities and your dynamic as a couple are even more valuable than the cooking tips and recipes!
Thanks David for watching
I’ve never subscribed to a channel so fast. I took one look at this guy and heard his voice, I was subbed before the intro music!
Thanks so much for joining us, we appreciate you watching
Ha! Same here just knew he was a good guy🇺🇸
As a real Mexican, I would try roasting the onion, tomatoes, peppers, and garlic on open coals or on a pan. When they are nice and roasted let them rest in a container. Mash them with salt and let me tell you, you got the perfect salsa for Huevos Rancheros.
Ya me dio hambre

Todo cocinado a la brasa sale mas bueno!!!!

Commie Punks Fuck Off
good, place them on a tray with lid or on a bag to rest till cool. The skin literally rubs off.
what about as a fake mexican
No human that makes a happy dance after eating something delicious deserves to be in this cruel world
No! Don't be taking away what good is left here!
Don Juan El Californio shut the fuck up already. No ones making fun of you. Idiot.
Although my Hispanic family doesn’t have the exact same recipe for Huevos Rancheros, it makes me smile that someone else that isn’t Hispanic has found a recipe and enjoys making them just as much as they enjoy eating it
Keep up the good work pal, first time viewer and I’m definitely subscribing
Thank you Julian for watching
Stumbled upon this guy yesterday. I’m a fan. Love him 👌🏽🙏🏽
Thanks for watching
Oh wow. Huevos Rancheros, one of our favourites.

Thanks Jack for watching
"Wow is this what your cooking taste like"🤣 i love these videos true homage to good ol cooking folks take notice.
The man's guide to cooking. Love this channel. This is my go to cooking guide and has never led me astray.
Thank you for mentioning our service men and woman, my son is one of them, and we are a proud ‘old glory’ flying family
Thanks so much Raul, we owe them so much
I'm tellin' ya. When in doubt, keep 'em whoa-rm. Bowul 'em if you have to, but keep 'em whoa-rm. Same goes for them maters and halapeenyas.
This is beautiful.
This channel is excellent feelgood content during lockdown, thanks! Best from Belgium, Europe.
Thank you very much!

@WarPaint 47 because your a wannabe maybe 🤷♀️a horse with no name, sad
Keep it up Kent and Shannon. On your way to 1st million if they have any sense at all! Looks good.
Thanks so much
Cackle berries. Never gonna call it an egg again
My daddy called ‘em cackle berries.
Same
Same
Also called hen fruit.
In a 3 Stooges skit they call them Cackle Fruits.
Nothing like learning to cook from a man with a southern accent, cowboy hat, and mustache outside and with the American flag behind him. Awesome, instantly subbed.
Thanks so much
