Everytime when I did not have enough sleep, according to my oura right, my HRV became very low and RHR became very high. it shows how important to have at least 7 hours sleep.
Was going to say, there are almost no tips in here. At the very end he mentions supplements but nothing specific.
It doesn't show that the reason for why more things go wrong with people who sleep more. The reason for why they sleep more might be the cause and why their increased sleep might be a coping mechanism.
