Hey babe, thank for watching 🥰 the UAE takes teachers from most African countries. However, you may not be considered a 'native language' English teacher. Therefore, you will have to take IETLS test as part of the recruitment process.

Hi Khay how you doing. I recently made the decision that I would really like to start this journey of teaching abroad but I m not sure exactly where to start. So I will be applying for my passport on Friday but I just wanted to know how long does it take for that to be issued here in South Africa? And also having my documents attested more or less how soon should I start with that process cause I know sometimes things can drag on here in SA. I would also like to roughly hear from your side how much can a teacher with 3 years of teaching expect to get paid? Looking forward to hear from you.
I can't exactly give you time estimates because things are a little different from when I was in SA. The whole process will take about 4-6 months because the attestation takes a really long time. You can watch the video I made on the teacher salaries for pay scales. Goodluck and all the best with your job applications.

I just don't get it why almost every school asks for BEd! At least they should give a try to the applicants without BEd! What makes them think that without BEd a teacher can't be a great one?

Hi there, it's always a good idea to apply and take a leap of faith. You might get considered as the UAE is always looking for teachers. With your experience, you are more likely to be considered.

Hey, you’ll only need to pay to prepare your documents. The school will take care of all the costs for bringing you over.

I want to know that can mechanical engineer teach in uae school as a mathematics teacher or I required only math degree please reply on this .
If you have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering then you can teach Math.
