First of all, ensure that you resolve any disputes between you & your employer. Meet with your employer and explain your sickness face to face perhaps with Proof of Doctor`s Appointment. Regarding the Ban - Employer may file abscondment on you due to many reasons. If you fail to resolve disputes between you and your employer, you can also visit - TWAFOUQ in Ras Al Khor where you will get legal advice & register complaint. They will contact your employer and possibly give you an appointment to hear both sides. But remember once you go down this road, the employer has resources that you don`t, so it may drag till you run out of funds & time.

Just depends on the job. Some simply require skills of the hand... But others like Sales, Business Development, Customer care etc. For such of course you need interaction skills.
