    Written communication skills sound like they are going to be highly valuable moving forward since AI programs such as ChatGPT depend so heavily on VERY specific wording to follow in directives. Bias could be relatively easy to eliminate if, for example, the parameters entered for candidate qualifications are worded well and reviewed before being put to use. Questions such as gender and race should not even need to enter the discussion in a pre-screening process if ethical hiring practices are being followed and the search is based strictly on qualifications of things such as physical ability, relevant types of skills, education, and work experience. That said, she is correct, humans will need to monitor AI and the information it pulls and produces to ensure violations of ethics and such do not occur.

    This isn't too bad besides the fact that more and more black people like me will be jobless and find it even more difficult to find a job than it already is. Even the programs hate us.
