@@LisaCrosbie Thanks a million for this. I've just finished watching the video and following along in copilot studio. I am very interested in playing around with how to replace a power pages form with a copilot agent which would ask the user questions and populate dataverse fields with their answers. At the same time displaying all their answers on some sort of AI-generated view on screen, before they click the final 'submit' button. And yes, I made it to the end 🍎
Fantastic video! This is by far the most user-friendly tutorial on Copilot Studio that I've come across. A video on integrating Dataverse and SharePoint as data sources would be an excellent addition-would love to see that!
I just heard about Customer co-pilot from somewhere. I wanted to explore what it is capable of. I am fortunate to land at your tutorial. I learnt quote a lot about its capabilities and how to put it in action for my specific needs. Thanks a lot. Looking forward 1.Connecting with SharePoint 2. Connecting with Powerbi reports 3. Setting the whole Co-pilot programtically using Python 4. API to pass questions and get response from custom co-pilot Thanks a lot @lisa. I liked and subscribed, looking forward updates on above.
I find this helpful. Responding to your ask at 1:01:30 for a comment, this is very helpful to understand the workings of the Copilot Studio in a practical way. Having examples helps a lot of users to understand what it works like. Well done.
Absolutely an hour well spent. Perfectly broken down for the average person to understand. Like & Subscribed. Please keep them coming. And yes I did make it to the very very end. Hello from California, U.S.A.
Great video Lisa, thank you. The long format works well and keeps you engaged. Shared on my LinkedIn network as there is a lot of talk around copilot studio at the moment and completely agree this is a key skill.
Hi Lisa, this is excellent - clear and informative, and friendly at the same time. A really effective teaching/instructional model. I would definitely be interested in a deeper dive to topics and orchestrating conversations, entities, and actions. There is not much out there on Studio, so you are for sure meeting a demand.
Good content! It gives an overview of the copilot studio, its possibilities and some case studies! Would love to see deeper dive into a specific case study.
Thank you for this great video! I got interested with copilot but wasn't sure how it could help me and how it actually works - this hour helped me a lot! Thank you again and greetings from Poland!
great video, just picking up Copilot studio to use in an NHS trust and develop an agent that can talk to staff. More of your videos to watch - but any other suggestions as to reading / other content etc?
Thank you very much Lisa for the detailed training video. This is the best content I could find on Copilot Studio. One feedback - When you turn on "No authentication", the topic that uses Power Automate to connect to Excel online gives an authentication error and so would be good to know how to get that working.
Excellent content and structure; thanks heaps. This video was also mentioned at the NZ Power Platform Summit (1 Nov 2024), so your videos are well-known!
Thank you Lisa, yes please re more videos on topics in copilots :) question: how does one guide the copilot to ask a series of questions one after another? I've added a second node with a question but the test not picking it up and tried topic management>go to another topic
Hi Lisa, thank you very much for a very informative tutorial! I was wondering would you be so kind and recommend a solid source addressing how to best prepare knowledge base for the copilot? You mentioned a lot of great tips (explaining when does have copilot issues with "reading" specific formattes of knowleddge), I am looking for an "all in one place" article-explanation of does and dont's for various formatte. Thank you
Excellent and long overview video :) Looking forward to more deep dives on knowledge, refreshing content from public websites, conversations flows, actions and publishing options :)
So good! I'm building one for HR assistant. I have some issues with Copilot accessing SharePoint files. I can't tell if it's blocked by infrastructure set up or just a fluke because it worked at one point.
Wow Lisa! This tutorial was exactly what I was looking for! Thanks so much! How would you connect the excel you manually created (with the pollen data) to be automatically updated from the website ? Also, greatful if u can add a tutorial on how to use share point CSVs as knowledge bases
It would depend on how the data on the website is added, where that comes from, and whether you can connect that original data source to Excel. Ideally you could use a Power Automate flow that is triggered when the original source data is updated, and then that updates the Excel spreadsheet.
@@LisaCrosbie please break your long videos into smaller 10-15 min video with Part 1, Part 2 and so on. This will increase your ad revenue earnings. I hope you have monetisation enabled on your videos.
Thank you very much Lisa! Where are the action flow saved? In the default solution? Is there anything we must pay attention concening sharing and Governance?
I loved the beginner vedio. I would love to learn how to embed the copilot in an existing website and if i can read some of browser cookies to read and use certain data
Great explanations as always. It really is the skills to be learning at the moment…. until the robots truly take over! Would love you to do some videos on copilot and dataverse. Especially what can be done with related tables, and how they should be setup to be useful as knowledge. Eg how you might use copilot instead of power automate to maybe take some inputs and drill through related tables then trigger approval requests.
Amazing video, thanks for creating, you're got an additional subscriber (me) 😊. Can you please explain how this can effectively be used to create an agentic AI agent ecosystem, where multiple agents exist and talk to each other. From your demo video it appears that topics and actions combine somewhat to do this, but not at the mixture of agents level one would expect. I'd like to build a common orchestration agent, plugging in other agents in a modular approach. Please help if I'm missing something?
Great stuff Lisa, and I have to say your teaching style is getting better and better every time ! Could you confirm this : to be able to use Copilot Studio, you need to purchase a specific MS Copilot Studio licence (one time, worth approx. 200 $) on top of a MS Windows Pro licence AND a Copilot licence (approx. 30 $/month) - this being the MS 365 Copilot . Is that correct ? Thx
You can buy the Copilot Studio standalone for $200/tenant/month, you don’t need the Copilot for M365 as a dependency. If you have M365 Copilot $30/user/month that includes extending with Copilot Studio without needing the standalone license but you can’t build a standalone (eg customer facing ) Copilot with that.
Great video, thanks, Lisa! I followed it and tried to read from Excel for business (onedrive) file, but it failed with authentication error, even though connection from flow side is green. Any ideas where to look for troubleshooting?
Fantastic explaination. Really thourough and fun 🙂 One question though. I tried to do exactly the same, also with the website you use, but my Copilot is not referencing the actual site. And when i disable "Allow the AI to use its own..." Copilot tells me it couldn't find any information on this. Am I missing to set something specific may be?
Good morning, thanks for the great video. I have a question, I didn't understand the publication well. If I publish my Copilot and want to make it available to my organization and customers, what should I do? I understand that if I publish this Copilot is available to everyone and that it is only blocked through authentication. Thank you!
Excellent overview Lisa, I made it to 1hr and am putting in a comment to acknowledge your great work and ask two questions. 1) Have you compared Microsoft Co-Pilot with AWS Bedrock? There are definitely some similarities but Co-pilot seems more comprehensive and designed for Agent Makers that are not software engineers but more system architects or business analysts. 2) Do you know if there is still a limit of 100 documents to the Knowledge section? That seems quite low for some types of usecases. Why can't that be openned up to an AWS S3 bucket or Azure Blob storage folder? Thanks so much.
If I had to compare what I just saw in Co-pilot Studio I would actually say it's more similar to Botpress than AWS Bedrock. You might not have had any exposure to Bedrock at all.

thank you, I enjoy making these, more to come!
The best hour I've spent in a looooong time. I spent three hours with a Microsoft rep and learned so much more with this video. Thank you!
I really liked your approach, very calm and relaxed. you handled errors really well and I know how hard it is to handle error while demoing. well done
Thanks, appreciate that.
Great tutorial! Great content and delivery! I rarely complete 1 hour tutorials but I couldn't have enough of this one. Thank you!
Hi Lisa,
This is a great and informative video. Please continue this series(Copilot Studio) 🙂
Thanks for the support, and I'm definitely going to do more Copilot Studio videos
You're way too humble. A great video! Of course we make it to the end 😊 Thanks for making this content.
You win for the first comment saying you made it, thank you 🤩
Fantastic demo Lisa. I've learned so much in such a short amount of time. You are amazing! Thank you. (yes, I have come this far :)
Just in time for me! Thanks, Lisa. Looking forward to another video on SharePoint knowledge source!
Thanks very much Lisa! I was in the middle of watching your previous version of this from 4 months ago. Things are moving faster and faster :)
The user interface changed completely a week after I recorded that one! You’re right, so much happening so quickly. Exciting times.

Wow, what a great tutorial. Completed this end to end and now looking to expand these skills. Thanks Lisa 👍👍

I’ll certainly be working on that when it comes into preview soon.
I've got pretty good idea how it behaves and what are the main points, Thank you! Well invested ~1h.
The best overview I've seen, many thanks! Do you offer workshops?
Stay tuned, looking at getting some livestream workshops up on the channel.
Great example and end-to-end demo. Thank you!

Working on that one.and thank you.
Awesome practical overview and tutorial!
Great video Lisa. Would love to see a SharePoint Copilot session with use case around document libraries versus general SharePoint web content
めちゃくちゃ面白そうです。早速使ってみます。
Once again great stuff!! I'd like a deeper dive into topics. I think that will be the meat of working with this part of the Power Platform.
Wonderful, working on it, thank you.

Great video! Would love to see more of these, maybe a help desk bot that has a connector to a ticketing system:)
