At 47 I'm as strong as I've ever been. I still hit the gym 3 to 4 days a week. What I wouldn't give to have the comradery these young brothers have. My old classmates would rather get high and drunk than get some of that good money. Stay at it and know that the sky's the limit.

A guy may start off, and it might take him, say, two hours to complete (not in supreme shape). With training, the speed (and strength) will increase, and the resulting time will decrease.

This is a beast mode workout. I’m motivated to do it. One caveat. The man leading is motivating. However, once you commit to it we’re committed. Don’t needed to hear about the sprained wrist and how many you’ve e already done. Leaders always go above and beyond. Thanks for the workout.
I saved this to my playlist. My approach will be doing the first set 3x a week for 2 weeks until I can do it comfortably. Then add the second and continue. I know I can’t knock this out right now but I’ll progress to it💪🏿

I believe I go 40 of these pushups in me but this will definitely jack up the heart rate and no equipment needed. Fantastic!!.

Looks like a great workout. I'll do this tomorrow morning. After doing this I'd still do squats cos I don't wanna have chicken legs. Ive been doing 100 pushups, 200 squats, 200 jumping jacks daily before going to work and it only takes 10-15 min

I Wish there's a type of rep like this for each major muscle group, particularly your legs (specifically the posterior muscles, glutes, hamstrings and calves).
This is literally the easiest and quickest body weight upper body workout that can get you right. Add some more leg workouts like some jumping lunges , some pull up workouts and you’d be solid
