Story 2: They should've got "Bill"'s license plate. He's probably some sort of sex offender. It could've ended up a LOT worse for OP. He should've been reported to the police.

Others have said to give out the contact details of the President and the White House as he is indeed the commander in chief of all the armed forces because everyone serving in the armed forces ultimately answers to the President.
Story 4: How can somebody that has clearly assaulted a minor sue said minor claiming he hit her first when there's overwhelming evidence to the contrary? I doubt any sensible lawyer would take on the case and I'm sure it would instantly get laughed out of court. She is clearly deluded.

Story 4: "They asked if I wanted to press charges for assault, and me being highly petty, said yes."
Let me inform the people who don't seem to grasp this: IT IS NOT PETTY TO PRESS CHARGES. It is the perfectly normal and rational response when someone has committed a crime against you. There is this odd reaction that people have that responding in kind to hostility or pressing charges somehow makes you a bad person for doing so. It does not! You are perfectly entitled to tell someone to fuck off if they are being an asshole and you are perfectly entitled to press charges if someone has committed a crime against you and that does not make you a bad person for doing so. Never feel bad for someone who has put themselves in a situation that causes them to get arrested, it was their decisions and actions that put them there, not your reactions.

ALWAYS PRESS CHARGES!!! Everyone who doesn't seem to think it is going to be some long drawn-out process that is going to "ruin a life" or is going to take years of theirs! The reality is that in these smaller assault cases other than your statement that you gave the police and maybe a couple of calls from the prosecutor's office your part in the "legal battle" is next to nothing because these cases rarely ever make it to court. Prosecution and defense like to settle the cases outside of court with no need for live testimony and only the one charged go before a judge with the "deal" to see if he approves it. Depending on how bad the assault was it will be 100% on the courts at that point to deal with them and the outcome usually doesn't even have jail time. (Again it depends case by case with how bad the action taken was.)
