I love how people are only sorry about assaulting someone after they realize said person doesn’t work there, as if assaulting them is fine as long as they actually work at the establishment…
I do not understand why Karens cannot comprehend the concept of the person they have fixated upon is _not an employee!_ A) They are not on their break. B) They are not lazy. C) They really do not work there. D) They are NOT lying. They really can't help you because they are not employed there. E) No, just because they have a certain color on, or a particular style of clothing, a uniform, or a lanyard (with or without keys attached) does NOT indicate employment at that establishment. And finally, F) Even is they just helped someone else (could have been their mother), have a uniform (they might be police, paramedic, fire department, or marching band), or you recognize them from either "always in this store" or worst, you recognize them from a _different store,_ a uniform of any kind, or a job in a service industry, does not mean they can do that job anywhere you want, or just "help out" by "jumping on that register and checking you out". Leave them alone. Mind your business. Stop insulting people by calling them liars just because you don't like their answer. It never goes well for you.
I almost hate him as much as her because he let her get away with it punishment free. That’s a worse offense honestly. It’s only cause of fools like OP that don’t demand justice that Karen’s like that keep acting that way. We all have a sacred duty to put all Karen’s in their place every time, every where no matter what excepting disabilities that prevent one from getting the Karen arrested. Especially big men. Some of us look imposing but are not and something like what happened to OP could easily threaten my life. He just let her hat away with that. With no good reason either. Screw OP 2
Story 2: Not everyone likes car shows, but this sure isn't how to express it. Karen straight up assaulted someone and damaged property because OP didn't want to record her tirade. And good luck trying to get rid of car shows, my town holds them every once in a while and loads of people go to them
I think he should have filmed her, let her have her rant and then coolly turned the camera to himself and say “And that’s the type of dumb b*itch we news reporters have to deal with”
I'm not a sports fan; I don't watch it on television, I don't attend games, and I don't chat about it with other people; but I also don't force or attempt to force other people to comply to my preferences. If an event isn't your cup of tea, then don't attend; its easier to remove yourself from the equation than ruin an occasion for everyone else. This is why I hate book bans and the like too, don't tell me what I can or can't read when the problem can be easily solved by not cracking open the offending object and subjecting yourself to it in the first place.
In my state whether you have a license and insurance or not, if your registration is expired past a certain point you are automatically towed and impounded.
It may have been missing the current decal rather than being actually expired. A lot of entitled people don't bother to actually attach the stickers. So the license tag can look expired when it isn't. The state computer system will reveal the actual status. However is is still an issue to not display the current decal.
@@LatitudeSky My country did away with the registration stickers and in my state there's an app that you can use to check the registration status. JSYK, in said area the registration is automatically cancelled if it's expired by more than a month.
You are all surprised about the burrito squeezing Karen at taco bell, but remember there was also a story about a Karen who demanded somebody from the bank serve them in walmart. This Karen literally spotted somebody in walmart, acknowledged that she knew they worked at the bank but demanded they serve her at walmart. And when they told her I do not serve you at walmart, they went into the bank and demanded they be fired for not serving them at walmart. Now that's right you work in a bank but a Karen goes into your bank demanding you be fired because you wouldn't serve her at Walmart
Or similiar story where Karen and her husband demanded to be served by a girl, who was a waitres in another restaurant, saying, you don't taking some waitress oath? :)
@@MithanduneI'd be asking what they do for a living and then start demanding those services and when they start acting all indignant about them being off the clock, I'd counter that by their logic, the mere fact that they work in the industry requires they provide that service at all times when asked and you better serve me now or I'll get you fired. When they realize how stupid it sounds coming out of my mouth, maybe they'll start to understand how stupid they are being.
I remember a similar story about a bank employee on his lunch break at a burger restaurant near the bank he worked for and a bank customer, who OP knew for many years, came into the restaurant and demanded he do his banking after he was done with his lunch and when OP refused, the guy went to the bank to try and get him fired but the bank manager instead told the guy he had to bank elsewhere as what he did was, I believe, illegal and since the bank was the only one of its kind in that area the guy had to go way out if his way for banking
I'm surprised that more people don't immediately establish dominance in these stories. The sheer number of narrators who continue to be polite and professional in these tales makes one doubt their veracity. Perhaps many of these tales come from other countries where young people are trained to sit back and take it but like OP in the 4th story, I wouldn't hesitate to use my "Psycho-look" and assume a fighting stance. The last thing my manner would be is submissive. (Of course, that might make things worse, don't use me as a role model).
13:39 After that OP should've told the kids that he worked at a bank, and that if they grew up to be like their mom, then she's right. They wouldn't end up like him, rather they'd be stuck working customer service hell instead, dealing with people like their mom.
Story 1, from what I've been hearing about these Karen's. They are notoriously blind. Even someone wearing a tye dyed shirt and sandals or even a monk will be accused of being driver of a semi. Let alone an employee of Walmart.
Semi-related, but spy groups and terrorist groups also follow that code. No need to draw attention to yourself over a parking ticket or a speeding fine.
Story 3 - Key word ‘Decent’ human being. At least that stupid Karen was arrested for harassing OP and lying to the police. I’m glad the Taco Bell employee came and told OP what happened to the dumb lady.
I'm sure the irony of it all was lost on her. Entitled is her middle name and she got what was coming to her. I hope her kids don't grow up to be anything like her
We sure do. I'd love to see these Karens, Kyles, and other entitled people in between and beyond finding out the hard way after they fuck around. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
The same goes for people who attract attention to themselves and don’t obey the traffic laws, license plate light out or their plates expired. And in the end they up having drugs in their car and getting a trip to the slammer instead of a ticket
Story 1 - Wow… that lady was really dumb. First assuming that OP was a truck driver when he said he wasn’t and pointed out his car and then trying to get the police involved only to get in trouble herself for driving with expired tags on her license plate.😂😂😂😂
#1 When you drive with an expired license plate, the LAST thing that you want to do is to draw the attention of a police officer. Karen got some sweet karma served to her on a Golden plate. #2 OP should have said : I'm here to film a DOCUMENTARY about car meets, at the request of the organization of THIS car meet. Also, I would have got a clear and nice shot of Karen... Just in cast she does something stupid and I need to press charges against her. #3 The place that OP describe is CLEARLY one where there is NO table service, one where you go to the register, place your order, wait for it to be done, take and get a seat. Ie. A fast food. Then, Karen call the police, files a false report and false accusation, and get arrested. That's sweet. #4 The difference between politely asking for a small help and aggressively ORDERING to be served. Karen's ego got promptly deflated to next to nothing... #5 I don't think that Karen got a passing grade in that class. She rather got a superb failing grade, probably 20% or more bellow the minimum.
Story 2 - That Karen got off very lightly. OP should have had his camera on recording her and then taken it to the police after she assaulted him for no reason and almost damaging his property.
Story 4: Always ask nicely, and say please. Only then will you receive help from good people. If only more people learned and understood this. The old lady sure did, Karen didn't
If the Karen took the time to follow him and the sweet old lady for 20 minutes so she could demand he fetch her groceries, then she had time to fetch her own groceries herself.
Story 2 The OP didn't immediately call for the police that were blocking the roads after being assaulted and having an expensive camera broken? Why take the time to explain who you don't work for and have her read a badge.
Story 4, I would've asked her "were you stalking me, a complete stranger, all around the store? No, answer my question. Were you stalking me?" And the tell her that what she did was a crime and that I can easily press charges against her along with security footage of her stalking another customer for no reason. Let's see how much arraogance she would have left in her.
@@pambriggs3411 It blows my mind that a lot of Karens keep thinking that grocery store employees will gather things from a shopping list given to them when such practices died out a century ago. If you order your groceries online, you wait in a designated parking spot at a designated time window and the employees bring it out to you.
First story: I guess it was the view that made her think he was the guy she was looking for but seriously, why would someone lie about their job? They have nothing to gain from lying.
Lol about first story and expired tags. A couple of months ago realized I hadn't put my renewal stickers on my car. They had been expired for a year also. Thought, dang I was lucky, cause even though I had the tags and they were in the car, I'd have probably received a ticket for not having affixed them.
3:56 And yet, if she DID pick someone who looked nothing like the real person she was talking about, it would be completely believable to us, from seeing all these kinds of stories ... how sad it is.
Story 3: He could have been on break?! Not in Karen Land. Don't you know no one is allowed on break, or allowed to leave when a Karen is around? (do I really need to add the /s?) Also, in the history of Karens, has anyone said "why did you fart?" when a Karen says, "Excuuuuse Meeee!" (Just re-watched House Bunny, and that line is now stuck in my head.)
For the car show story, I imagine it would've been really entertaining if OP had decided to interview her opinion, but making sure he got to roast her at every opportunity. Example: OP: "Do you think the City should make the car show pay a permit to operate?" Karen: "YES!" OP: "Ok ,they already do that." OP: "Do you think these events should be limited to once or twice a year?" Karen: "YES!" OP: "Ok, they already do that." OP: "Do you think the police should be here to enforce the peace?" Karen: "YES!" OP: "Ok, they already do that." Ad infinitum. It's not like there wasn't any planning or coordination with these events to ensure they are legal and safe and has a minimum impact on daily life. From Karen's point of view, it's just an illegal flash mob of criminals or something.
I remember a time I was at the gas station to fill my gas tank, not my car. I actually parked in one of the spaces to the back so I'd have more room to maneuver at the pump. Well, somebody drives their car up to the door of the station and walks right in, which is unfortunate because it's right behind me. A woman came to the pump next to me and tried to say my car was parked improperly, to which I replied it isn't mine. Thankfully, she actually believed me, and no less than a minute later did the owner come out and leave. I think he just wanted some quick lottery tickets or something. I know that's not really exciting, but I've learned to count my blessings when things like that don't turn into a confrontation.
Story 2: My father is a cameraman for the biggest news station in my area (Midwest City to give you a rough idea) and has been doing photojournalism since newspapers were the best way to get your news. He’s had all kinds of Karens and Kens coming up to him demanding to be on the news and believe me he is nowhere never as nice as this guy was with his Karen. And it’s safe to say if anyone ever broke his camera then I’d fear for their lives. The man has been through riots where he had to get escorted out by SWAT for his and the reporter’s safety. No Karen is gonna scare him even a bit. Don’t mess with photogs.
Story 2 - as always, if someone lays hands on you, drop them then and there. With how crazy people are these days, you can make a very plausible claim that you feared for your life and reacted accordingly.
For the last story: in German there is this saying: “One always meets twice in life.” Meaning you should never assume that you will never see someone again. Like karma basically. You might later be the doctor that has to save your bullies life. You might later become the boss of someone who ridiculed your mom for being a cleaner. The person who you saw crying on a park bench once, offered a tissue and a talk and have forgotten since then, might be the HR manager at your next job interview, still clearly remembering you because you being kind saved their life that day.
I 💜your delivery of these stories! Sometimes when im on redddit i can almost hear you reading them! Then, within a week or so some I've thought of that wind up on here or i stumble across one on there! Keep up the great work!
What is wrong with people? If someone destroys something - food or equipment, I will hold them in choke-hold and make sure they buy me a new one or pay for it + never let anyone who is not your boss talk to you from above
More than once has a Karen escaped from the wild and having been recaptured by the local long arm of the law. They rant and rave, even calling the police, only to end up getting arrested of heavily fined. When will they learn to make sure they are in the legal clear before going nuts? Helping the old lady in the grocery store was sweet of that guy. However, it was sweet of him to explain the facts of life to the Karen as well. He actually had every right to contact store personnel and complain about Karen physically assaulting him. Granted, a poke in the chest isn't the same as getting slapped or punched. But it still constitutes an assault as Karen put her hand on him. When employees are dressed semi formally, and another person is dressed semi grungy, which would be considered the employee? It doesn't matter if the person had been an employee or was off that day. If they aren't dressed similarly as other employees, maybe they aren't an employee at that time?
Story 4 Was the Karen there to shop or just wandering around looking to pick a fight. It is just that she seemed to have been in their for sometime without buying much.
I have never seen or been in a situation like this! I mean, someone came up to me and asked where something was and when they saw what I was wearing, they apologised and walked off, finding an employee- but I've never had someone go off their rocker like these twonks!
I don't quite understand why a lot of Karens think it's perfectly normal for employees at grocery stores to track down everything on their list. Even if the person needing help was nice, that's not a thing. I've always done my own shopping, just like...oh I dunno... EVERYONE ELSE in the freaking store. Sure, if someone was disabled, I'd gladly help them but these Karens are perfectly physically capable of finding their own groceries... just not mentally capable.
**deranged woman cruelly mashes burrito and smacks it to the floor** **guy falls to knees** My burrito! It was innocent! 😢 **dw makes deranged noises** **guy holds up hand** Shh! ...I must grieve... 😭 Five internet points if you get the reference. ^.--
The “Karens” always seem to have the same things in common: selective hearing, always wanting to get the OP “fired” from the imagined job, and, last but not least, assaulting the OP.
The “Karens” seem to not know what being “on break” actually means. Definition for said Karens: It means they’re off the clock and can’t help customers while on said break.
If I was the cameraman, I would have filmed the woman. Her entitled self would be happy, time and frustration in dealing with her would be a lot less, and the car club would have a fun little Attitude to watch, discuss, and laugh at. Also, he would still have his expensive camera. That's a win from all angles.
Story 4: You "became the Army officer you might have been"? That's hilarious. Being considered for West Point doesn't make you anything but a civilian who thought about going to West Point. I can only speak for myself but I find it a little bit insulting to those who did serve to have someone claim some kind of service related creds just because they thought about joining once. Just my .02
Story 4: OP is innovating in the field of Stolen Valor. Almost got an appointment to West Point when you were 15 and you brag about it to your managers? Embarrassing
These stories are the best because you know that the Karens were expecting to be able to be shitty and rude to an employee who has to take it from them and try to make them happy. Then they get a normal person who will put up with none of their shit whatsoever. There is always that moment when the Karen realizes she has no power, but has too much pride to admit she was wrong and still tries to bully the normal person lmaooo
High vis turns off brains. I have worn my high vis jacket (so bright, it can be seen from space) into Walmart, where no employee wears such things, and still had a Karen insist that I tell her where things were and go into near rage when I told her I didn't know. Why WOULD I know? I don't look remotely like an employee. I sent that story to Fluff but he never used it. Apparently the Karen didn't rage enough and did not touch me. Which is good for her. Had she touched me, as many Karens do, I would have given her face free instant plastic surgery. Hands-on is game-on, as I like to say.
Tire pump story: Yep, be breaking the law but still get police involved. Hope she got that ticket. Car show story: It's too bad the cops didn't notice what was going on and caught her to charge her with assault! And had OP been an actual newsman, her little stunt would have cost her big time. At least the camera wasn't actually damaged. Burrito story: Despite everything being on video, I'm almost surprised the police didn't go to talk to OP at the bank the next day. It was nice that G actually came over to give him a heads up.
I am not saying any of these stories are untrue, to me they are sometimes baffling. I still live in a place where most of these behaviors are immediately dismissed, scolded and told to go on their way, because there are still consequences for being a horrible human being. Human being? No longer do I refer to them as human, they are people. There are a lot of people... Very few Humans.
Maybe it's a language barrier but you actually have that backwards. Calling them a person is validating them as a part of society. Calling them human is just saying they're a monkey You want to say "There's a lot of humans around but very few persons"
Karens are dumb. I was literally dressed in a polo shirt and khakis at a watering hole where the staff wear whatever they want. Usually t-shirts and shorts with sneakers. A lady sitting down, watching the live entertainment, tried to flag me down to tell me that she wanted to split her bill. I was literally walking out with my own beer to sit down and listen to the band. I looked at her confused. She kept glaring at me, then I saw who I presume was her husband whisper in her ear and then she looked embarrassed.
I don't know why no one ever calls the cops or press charges on these people. It's not hard to press charges I pressed charges before I've been assaulted it's not that hard it's the easiest thing in the world. When a cop asks if you want to press charges you say yes there's no reason to say no. If there's not a cop there you call the cops and then press charges.
Story 3: at the end of this one I had a vision of a “commercial,” a remake of the radio spots extolling the greatness of “Real American Heroes” but instead of that the voice singing, “Legendary Stupidity” about how they were “saluting you, burrito-squishing entitled twat lady” 😅😅😅
Story 4: If I'd been in OP's place, after the Karen said she'd been following me around waiting for me to finish helping the sweet old lady, I would have responded by bursting into song, specifically a song from the "Annie" musical that starts "Dumb dog! Why are you following me? I ain't got a crumb, dog, so how about letting me be?"
Wait, hold up, you telling me americans have to change their liscense plate every year??? Until a few years ago we just had a tax sticker in the window, now we dont even need those it's all digital
I to, have had a problem with someone who attacked me, and then called the police, and played the victim, at the time I was a Hospital security officer, ( not only was I the senior officer, at the account but I was also the Senior officer of the entire company for which I worked, and the defacto union steward) the company transferred in a younger officer, that had been found wanting by his previous account, a high end gated residential complex, and working with this kid, was an absolute nightmare, in this hospital, security was responsible, ( on weekends and after hours) for many functions that, had nothing to do with security itself, like running the medical records department, central sterile supply, the morgue, transporting patients, doing lab runs, relieving the switchboard for breaks, and taking care of the one copy machine, but this young man flat out refused to do anything that wasn't security related, preferring to drive around the parking lot, like he was Dick Tracy well one Sunday things came to a head, earlier that week he had been assigned to take the body of a deceased patient, to the morgue ( a large walk in cooler, not like the ones on tv with a bunch of drawers that had room for 6 gurneys) and instead of putting the gurney in the cooler like he was supposed to he saw that he would actually have to move two gurneys. In order to put the one in so he opted to leave the remains in the hall outside the cooler ( he later said he wouldn't handle the gurneys because he " feared biological contamination ") the weather had been unseasonably warm, and the body began to deteriorate to the point where the skin was slipping, by the time the funeral director was able to come for it, and he was livid, by this time the young man was off duty, and I wound up taking the heat, having no choice I immediately reported his dereliction of duty to the company higher ups, who called him on the carpet, leading him to feel that he didn't have to obey any order, or direction from me. On this particular sunday, ( which just happened to be mothers day) the hospital was extremely busy, with emergency room traffic, and we had a problem with a gypsy clan whose relative was dying, and they wanted to fill her room with lit candles, ( she was on oxygen, and open flames are never permitted in hospitals) I had several service calls backed up, and was running myself ragged, I didn't even get lunch that day, I called the young man in from the parking lot, took him into our office, and informed him that I needed help, and that he was to quit patrolling the lot, and answer service calls. His reply was that he " was sorry but he wasn't going to do anything that wasn't directly security related, at this point I was more than 20 calls backed up, and working by myself was going to take hours before I was clear. So I informed him that I was senior to him, and that it he wasn't going to do his job, he could go home, and I would do an emergency call in for someone who would, he refused so I informed him that he was suspended, and that if he didn't leave hospital property, I was going to call the police, and have him trespassed, and I picked up the phone to do so, he responded by grabbing the receiver from my hand and hitting me in the head with it, where upon acting in self defense I decked him! Right after that a code blue, was called and I had to respond to the emergency so I left the young man, and by now I'm using that term lightly, on the floor trying to gather his wits, imagine my surprise when I was called to the emergency room where two local police officers were waiting, and I was taken to the local police station and charged with battery! The upshot of it was, that I was transferred out of that hospital, where I had worked for three years, and had made many friends, ( including the doctor who was in charge of the ER, that day, and lost no time putting that young man in his place following my arrest after hearing him boast of " getting rid of me") and put to work in a job where I had very limited public contact. About a month later he called me, saying he was going to drop the charges, but he failed to do so in court I wound up paying a fine, and that was the end of it, ( or so I thought) a few days later, the director of Public safety( for both hospitals, the one I had formerly worked in was a satellite for the hospital I was sent to) came to me, and ordered that I call the satellite, and have whoever was on duty, to go to the surgical supply room and pickup an instrument that was needed for an emergency surgery, and bring it to the main hospital stat ( right now) I called and got that young man, I gave him the order which he promptly told me he was " too busy to do it he had to go and take care of the evidence from a drug bust, I told him to let the police handle that and obey my instructions from the director as it was a real emergency, at which point he again refused, and hung up, I told the director of his refusal and he called him in person, and made it a direct order, but he again refused, that led to a call to the president of the company, who taking an officer from the office went straight to the satellite, and encountering the young man, once again driving aimlessly around the parking lot. Fired him on the spot! Replaced him with the officer that accompanied him, and picked up the instrument in question, and delivered it himself, then he came to me, and apologized for doubting my report, of the incident, and repaid me the amount of the fine I had paid. But that still hadn't been the end of it the young man filed a complaint with the union over his firing, and was granted a hearing, not knowing that I was the union steward for the company. The day of the hearing came and I showed up in full uniform, ready to deal with his nonsense, once and for all. The look on his face when he walked into that room was priceless! He protested my presence, but his protest fell on deaf ears, but he persisted in his complaint, only to be shut off and told his complaint was unfounded, and summarily dismissed, he walked out of that room totally defeated. That was the last of both him and a buddy of his that was complicit in his wrong doings.
That woman should’ve been brought to the police!? She almost BROKE A CAMERA! ASSAULTED YOU! I would’ve been so mad and just grabbed her hand and started pulling her to the Police tent IDC she did that to you I would’ve been SO PISSED!?
Look, I know that 98% of the stories on this sub are, to put it kindly, embellished, but man are they entertaining. Some of these OPs could have a decent career in crime-comedy novels.
burrito Karen: what was she hoping: -no security cameras and cops believed her -manager had short term memory loss I mean so many ways to prove or disprove claims. LIke witnisses and cameras. She couldve gotten away scott free.
2nd story: She probably was upset that the event was blocking traffic, but if it happened every year, wouldn't she know how to go around it? Unless she was from out of town. Even then, she could've asked someone 3rd story: I'm surprised she didn't use the line "My kids are starving to death" Karens always use that line 4th story: Who the hell think that grocery stores have personal shoppers? Some stores gather your groceries and bring it out to the parking lot but not inside the store
OK kiddies, time for a pop quiz. the question is - why didn't the crazy lady have an up-to-date registration sticker on her license plate? a. She didn't renew her registration. b. She did renew her registration, but the envelope with the date sticker got lost in the mail ..... and she never bothered to contact the DMV to ask why she did not get the sticker. c. She did renew her registration, she did receive the sticker in the mail, but she didn't bother to put it on her license plate. d. She let her insurance lapse ,and it was reported to the DMV, so they wouldn't let her renew her registration without a current insurance policy.
You can do what Vegeta does and call them "Woman". If they try the "I have a name, you know!" card, respond with, "You haven't earned the respect for me to use it."
Choking someone with their lanyard and knocking them on the ground is assault! Where do people get the idea that that’s okay?? SMH!
because they get away with doing other, relatively tame, things
Because she hasn't YET been elbowed to the ground. But it's coming. 😮
There’s something so incredibly satisfying about Karen calling the cops only to be arrested herself. It’s poetic justice. Simply wonderful.
The last story. "JCNickel" The OP was adjusting for inflation. 😂
Thanks, Bidenomics! 😮
I love how people are only sorry about assaulting someone after they realize said person doesn’t work there, as if assaulting them is fine as long as they actually work at the establishment…
She needed charged with assault and jailed. 😮
I do not understand why Karens cannot comprehend the concept of the person they have fixated upon is _not an employee!_
A) They are not on their break.
And finally,
F) Even is they just helped someone else (could have been their mother), have a uniform (they might be police, paramedic, fire department, or marching band), or you recognize them from either "always in this store" or worst, you recognize them from a _different store,_ a uniform of any kind, or a job in a service industry, does not mean they can do that job anywhere you want, or just "help out" by "jumping on that register and checking you out".
Leave them alone. Mind your business. Stop insulting people by calling them liars just because you don't like their answer. It never goes well for you.
Story 2: Karen want to be on the news and almost become the most hated person in the area. Amazing.🤣
She needs JAIL and charges for the assault! Had that camera been damaged, she'd be paying for it too! 🤨
karens are pretty much hated everywhere in this country because nobody cares about their ‘entitlement’
Agreed. OP should have ran after had her charged with assault.
Assault, harassment, slander, attempted murder (as if strangulation was anything better)…
Screw OP 2
17:43 - No, NO, *NO!* Don't say, "Can I help you?" or "May I help you?"!!! That only reinforces their assumption that you work there!
My standard response is "what do you want!?" I have cultivated a certain air of rudeness when the situation warrants it. 🤨
People please, always always press charges on these types of people!! They never learn otherwise!
Ur 100% right about always pressing charges on these nutbags.
Story 2: Not everyone likes car shows, but this sure isn't how to express it. Karen straight up assaulted someone and damaged property because OP didn't want to record her tirade.
And good luck trying to get rid of car shows, my town holds them every once in a while and loads of people go to them
I think he should have filmed her, let her have her rant and then coolly turned the camera to himself and say “And that’s the type of dumb b*itch we news reporters have to deal with”
She thinks the car show needs "to go away"!? SHE needs to go away, like TO JAIL! And needs to pay for OP's camera. What a flaming idiot!! 😡

This is why I hate book bans and the like too, don't tell me what I can or can't read when the problem can be easily solved by not cracking open the offending object and subjecting yourself to it in the first place.
we just have once last week in my local shopping center.
In the area I used to live there’s an antique car show/gathering just about every Friday when the weather good.
Story 3: I love that employee saying can I help you find the door 😂😂😂😂
In my state whether you have a license and insurance or not, if your registration is expired past a certain point you are automatically towed and impounded.
It may have been missing the current decal rather than being actually expired. A lot of entitled people don't bother to actually attach the stickers. So the license tag can look expired when it isn't. The state computer system will reveal the actual status. However is is still an issue to not display the current decal.
@@LatitudeSky My country did away with the registration stickers and in my state there's an app that you can use to check the registration status. JSYK, in said area the registration is automatically cancelled if it's expired by more than a month.
The last one was great. Always be wary of who you belittle or insult. That one person may be the one with the power to make your life miserable. 😁
@@meh2510 sadly, they will be too dumb to realize
Fluff told a second story like this, it was at a burger king and the lady knew OP worked at the bank
Poking a guy a head taller than her, getting arrested wouldn’t have been the worst possible outcome for her!
Story 4; in the time Karen wasted following OP around the shop I'm pretty sure she could have completed the list by herself
13:39
After that OP should've told the kids that he worked at a bank, and that if they grew up to be like their mom, then she's right.
Not only blind, they don't evolve with the times and some can be straight up Luddites.
Rabid Karens are like pit vipers, they only see body heat, believing any warm body is her servant. Thus they strike. 😮
Story 2: 100% press charges. Morin ain't free and it's only luck the camera didn't bust.
Story 1: If you are doing something illegal, do not draw attention to yourself, Karen. Hahaha
yeah, when you’re walking on eggshells, Don’t Hop
Semi-related, but spy groups and terrorist groups also follow that code. No need to draw attention to yourself over a parking ticket or a speeding fine.
But Karen's think the law doesn't apply to them, so they don't consider that option (that's assuming they actually think)
The one lesson you can learn from that last story is that, " If you wanna live by your entitlement, you or your career, will die by said entitlement…"
I hope her kids don't grow up to be anything like her
@@iononcantomascrivo Let’s pray that they don’t
@@iononcantomascrivoshe's not entitled she's obviously fucking nuts.
We need more stories about people defending themselves from Karens. I wanna hear about those evil things being left with a bloody nose
We sure do. I'd love to see these Karens, Kyles, and other entitled people in between and beyond finding out the hard way after they fuck around. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
You’re just working yourself up into a rage like Karens do and need to be careful not to become one
Story 4 - This started out as a wholesome story and then it turned into OP putting a Stupid Karen in her place.😂😂😂 I love it
Advice to Karens: Do not involve the police in your disputes when you, yourself, have committed a crime.
It's like coming into small claims court and not having clean hands.
I don't think you can put a film camera to record video, that's only for digital ones
OP COULD NOT DO THAT!!!!!!!! HE HAD NO BALLS!!! AND/OR BRAINS!!
Yeah or just bait her into a really embarrassing interview and post it online explaining that she thought it was a news station lmao
Story 4: Always ask nicely, and say please. Only then will you receive help from good people.
If only more people learned and understood this. The old lady sure did, Karen didn't
If the Karen took the time to follow him and the sweet old lady for 20 minutes so she could demand he fetch her groceries, then she had time to fetch her own groceries herself.
people thinking they can be stalkers and in the right
I would have said to the Karen "Yep, you just did waste your time"
Story 2 The OP didn't immediately call for the police that were blocking the roads after being assaulted and having an expensive camera broken? Why take the time to explain who you don't work for and have her read a badge.
Story 4, I would've asked her "were you stalking me, a complete stranger, all around the store? No, answer my question. Were you stalking me?" And the tell her that what she did was a crime and that I can easily press charges against her along with security footage of her stalking another customer for no reason. Let's see how much arraogance she would have left in her.
Stalking is a Felony Offense in pretty much every state in the country
I can't understand why Karen didn't do her shopping while stalking OP. She wasted a lot of time when she could have got her own groceries.
@@pambriggs3411 It blows my mind that a lot of Karens keep thinking that grocery store employees will gather things from a shopping list given to them when such practices died out a century ago. If you order your groceries online, you wait in a designated parking spot at a designated time window and the employees bring it out to you.
That would not work on a crazy person
First story: I guess it was the view that made her think he was the guy she was looking for but seriously, why would someone lie about their job? They have nothing to gain from lying.
Lol about first story and expired tags. A couple of months ago realized I hadn't put my renewal stickers on my car. They had been expired for a year also. Thought, dang I was lucky, cause even though I had the tags and they were in the car, I'd have probably received a ticket for not having affixed them.
I’m all caught up on DarkFluff now 😊 I just want to say that I don’t shake my head. I drop my jaw at these amazing stories 😮
(do I really need to add the /s?)
Also, in the history of Karens, has anyone said "why did you fart?" when a Karen says, "Excuuuuse Meeee!"
(Just re-watched House Bunny, and that line is now stuck in my head.)
RIP noble burrito
What a waste of diarrhea inducing food
Story 4: As the saying goes, “You get more bees with honey than with vinegar.”
For the car show story, I imagine it would've been really entertaining if OP had decided to interview her opinion, but making sure he got to roast her at every opportunity. Example:
OP: "Do you think the City should make the car show pay a permit to operate?" Karen: "YES!" OP: "Ok ,they already do that."
OP: "Do you think these events should be limited to once or twice a year?" Karen: "YES!" OP: "Ok, they already do that."
OP: "Do you think the police should be here to enforce the peace?" Karen: "YES!" OP: "Ok, they already do that."
Ad infinitum. It's not like there wasn't any planning or coordination with these events to ensure they are legal and safe and has a minimum impact on daily life. From Karen's point of view, it's just an illegal flash mob of criminals or something.
These stories make a powerful argument supporting the reclusive shut-in way of life.
Burritos are important, more important than a Karen being out of jail.
Destroying my burrito would be considered violent assault. I would defend myself. 😮
DarkFluff is one of my favorite channels
I've worked in TV or 40 years now. I have pressed charges on persons who think they know best about what I should be shooting and grabbed my camera.
The grocery store story: if she was following them, she could have gotten her own damn milk and apples.
karen would rather attack a customer for not doing something that they should be doing themselves
Oh no. You attack me and damage my expensive camera, and you're getting body slammed.
Story 4: Nice Karen shut-down, OP.
"Squeezing his burrito". Is that a euphemism? 😏
I 💜your delivery of these stories! Sometimes when im on redddit i can almost hear you reading them! Then, within a week or so some I've thought of that wind up on here or i stumble across one on there! Keep up the great work!
Why can’t people just say “piss off crazy lady”
What is wrong with people? If someone destroys something - food or equipment, I will hold them in choke-hold and make sure they buy me a new one or pay for it + never let anyone who is not your boss talk to you from above
Anyone who showed up to one of my car meets back in the day and assaulted someone would have gotten wrecked.
and probably not been able to walk away afterwards
“Just remember I live in Texas, not LA.” SIIIGHHH 😂
Story 4 Was the Karen there to shop or just wandering around looking to pick a fight. It is just that she seemed to have been in their for sometime without buying much.
Ooo... now there's an idea! Tie-dye hi-viz with reflective swirls.
Final Story - Pure poetic justice.
Their minds didn't get out of the Roaring '20s; or their entitlement killed their common sense.
**deranged woman cruelly mashes burrito and smacks it to the floor**
**guy falls to knees** My burrito! It was innocent! 😢
**dw makes deranged noises**
**guy holds up hand** Shh! ...I must grieve... 😭
Five internet points if you get the reference. ^.--
The “Karens” always seem to have the same things in common: selective hearing, always wanting to get the OP “fired” from the imagined job, and, last but not least, assaulting the OP.
Thank God the car guy’s camera was okay 😮! I was really going to be pissed if that happened.
You are Awesome Fluff !! Thank you!!
Just my .02
Story 2: I love how OP walked Karen through actually reading his lanyard carefully
Let she who is with entitlement cast the first stone.
Calling them human is just saying they're a monkey
You want to say "There's a lot of humans around but very few persons"
Regardless of how we choose to term things. I am glad you understand my point.@@150booyadragon
@@150booyadragon Even some animals act more like people than humans.
I would have recorded the lady so I could show everyone her crazy rant.
I like the story where the guy helped the Gramma but not the Karen who was rude- i don't mind helping random people as long as they're polite
Story 3: oh the poor burrito 😢
Story 1
In many places they tow for expired tags and some even remove the plates
Karens are dumb. I was literally dressed in a polo shirt and khakis at a watering hole where the staff wear whatever they want. Usually t-shirts and shorts with sneakers. A lady sitting down, watching the live entertainment, tried to flag me down to tell me that she wanted to split her bill. I was literally walking out with my own beer to sit down and listen to the band. I looked at her confused. She kept glaring at me, then I saw who I presume was her husband whisper in her ear and then she looked embarrassed.
Do Karens all take lessons from Delores Umbridge or something? Cause they love clearing their throats just like her.
Dolores Umbridge clears her throat with a very pronounced, "Hem, hem."
Good Stories, Thanks.
Love you right back D Fluff and Steve!🥰👍
I love all your content :D
Even if the Karen stories get crazy :)
You forgot the urk when she snatched the lanyard 😂
Will the stuffies ever be available again? I missed them the first time around😢
First of all, please use paragraph breaks. Second, this should be sent to Dark Fluff.
Story 2: I’m getting Peggy Hill vibes. “MY OPINION!!!”
This woman followed OP and the old lady around the store wasting her own time when she could of been getting her own groceries
Hello my wonderful, beautiful Fluff!
Story 2... I would have called for the police and that I was assaulted and pressed charges for her...
burrito Karen: what was she hoping:
-no security cameras and cops believed her
-manager had short term memory loss
I mean so many ways to prove or disprove claims. LIke witnisses and cameras. She couldve gotten away scott free.
Taco Hell(Taco Bell) has security cameras, at least one in Killeen, TX does
2nd story: She probably was upset that the event was blocking traffic, but if it happened every year, wouldn't she know how to go around it?
Unless she was from out of town. Even then, she could've asked someone
3rd story: I'm surprised she didn't use the line "My kids are starving to death" Karens always use that line
4th story: Who the hell think that grocery stores have personal shoppers? Some stores gather your groceries and bring it out to the parking lot but not inside the store
4th story: Only for online orders and only if you're in a designated parking spot.
Story 2. Always Press Charges!
I'm willing to bet "B".
I do wish people would stop referring to these women as "lady". A lady has manners.
You can do what Vegeta does and call them "Woman". If they try the "I have a name, you know!" card, respond with, "You haven't earned the respect for me to use it."
